Your choice on the Kansas system is quite correct from a tactical point of view: once you appear in that system you can be protected, if not by us, then by the Liberty fleet. I could suggest that you go to the Inverness system, but those are "neutral waters" and the risk of being attacked in them is much higher than in Magellan and Kansas combined.

For the present, your ship is able to leave our system and take with it some civilians from our planet, and the final point of the route will be the Kansas system. I am now awaiting word from the high command, as well as flight schedules for refugee ships and evacuation lists themselves. The latter would fit nicely with your plans to evacuate people from Vespucci: we could share the common load with you and other organizations interested in humanitarian missions.

I have finally received further orders from the Insurgency high command, which I hasten to place in your hands. It looks like your liner will have to drop anchor and head for the Kansas system. Nearest patrols will support you until reunited with the Liberty fleet. This may be the only time we will officially cooperate with the enemy to save your liner and its crew.

This is unreliable information and rather my assumptions based on my personal views of the situation. You will get accurate information later, but in the meantime you can begin to move into the Kansas system.
