Go to buy Regent Luxury Liner on Curacao
Accidentally sold off the engine it comes with
Purchased ship
Bought CE-Ta Civilian Engine Mk I and Freelancer ID
/resetrep
Relog
Launch
Impulse and cruise are way too fast for a freighter.

When you changed ship, it appears that the engine and powerplant didn't change to your new ship's configuration..
I have changed it, so you should be good to go.
