DISPLAYING MESSAGE Guildmembers. It has been quite some time. I am contacting you on behalf of the Directorate to check in within your people, we have not heard from you in quite a while, especially regarding the Outcast problem. Our last contact with you entailed the Omega-3 incident. How do your people fare these days in Coronado and Tau-31? Does Crayter show the same repression? Has the Outcast influence affected you there? MESSAGE ENDED ...transmission complete

Of late, much of our operational focus has been growing our interests in the edges of the Omega sector. The Tau's still flow with Cardamine smugglers, however there has been a slight decrease in large fleet actiivty from the Maltese of late, at least in the upper Taus. Trade suffers to some extent from our hub in Tau 31, originally from the embargo Bretonia placed against the Gallic Union, but more recently due to the destructive disruption of the Orkney corridor. Singapore still maintains a healthy business however and our mining operations in Tau 23 and 53 remain on course, though we're needing to significantly bolster our security patrols there. The Crayterians have not communicated with the Guild of late, so we have little to say of them though we've noted their increased patrols in Tau 31 due to the hostile presence in Orkney. Our small operation on Pecos continues its work unabated and unmolested by the government of Yuma. But enough of us, how fares the Technocracy? Are you in need of any material or interested in something particularly? Feel free to reach out whenever. My office remains open to your people. Bjorn Alexander Date: 829-03-31 RE: »TO: Independent Miners Guild - Kauket - 04-09-2022 ...neural.uplink detected... ...starting encryption...establishing connection... identified: Revenant ...TRANSLATING DATA... DISPLAYING MESSAGE And what of the Omega-48 front? We heard the Corsairs were quite problematic there. Regarding us, we do have a need for some certain precious metals from the Taus for some contingency projects regarding the inevitable arrival of the Houses' expansionism. We're willing to pay for some shipments, if you're willing to take on a contract. Do be careful regarding Crayter however. On another note, we ponder if you are able to keep an eye out upon the Coronado front regarding the information of the forces movement. There is a refugee crisis on-going due to a hostile invasion within the Vespucci sector. Information pertaining to Crayter's, Bretonia's and Liberty's movement will help us greatly in ensuring that these refugees do not end up in the hands of these vile primitives. We believe that some people are being deceived by their propaganda into being "free" upon Yuma, when the reality is that the Navy will be taking these people away to their forced labour camps. We would appreciate if you could inform us if you see any particular ferries headed to Yuma. We may be able to compensate for accurate information. MESSAGE ENDED ...transmission complete

We've just completed an arduous operation of towing Falster Station into Omega 48 and have brought her back online. Its good to be free of Bretonian space to be sure, and the newly found Beryllium reserves seem an economically fruitful promise. The Cretans seems to be focused elsewhere of late, it seems our miners are being "taxed" less often then in the past, though we remain vigilant, our fleets strong. The Crayterians do not scare us, the Guild has much more experience in dwelling within the Independent World than the upstart government of Yuma. We don't particularly trust them, this is sure, and can keep an eye out and maybe some feelers in regards to the refugees being led to Coronado, see what comes of it. Perhaps even offer to find work for some of them, if they so wish. The Guild could use some more hands, and Stars above know Bretonia doesn't wish them well... I'll dispatch word to Pecos. Regarding your acquisitions request, the terms seem acceptable and can be assigned out to some of our freight teams and worked into the upcoming cycles. Do you need these materials upon Valravn or do you have a different location in mind? Bjorn Alexander Date: 829-03-31 RE: »TO: Independent Miners Guild - Kauket - 04-22-2022 ...neural.uplink detected... ...starting encryption...establishing connection... identified: Revenant ...TRANSLATING DATA... DISPLAYING MESSAGE Alexander. Yes. Please do bring these resources to Valravn. We will establishing a safe zone in Inverness for the time being. One of our defensive fallbacks may be activated in the event of Crayter, or Liberty, or Bretonia getting in over their heads and decide to sweep through the rest of the Independent Worlds. We'd like to be more than ready, and it is without saying that we would appreciate these in haste. Perhaps, with your experience with working in the asteroid fields, perhaps you may be able to help us configure traps disguised in the environment of asteroid fields? It would make them think twice about blitzing through with multiple warships. Unless you have other experiences of trapping capital vessels, such as the cases that were done in the Taus against the Outcasts capital ships. We, of course, can pay you, through the means of technological collaboration or simply monetary goods. MESSAGE ENDED ...transmission complete

Regarding your secondary request, our experience with mining demolitions, combined with our tenacious free spirit has indeed resulted in inventive designs to protect our operations. Some of these we've employed are as simple as proximity charges attached to asteroids further on even to imitation rocks with built in detection sensor suites. These are sometimes deployed with just camera and sensor arrays or, in the case we expect trouble, with crippling charges embedded. Given the potential targets, we would be willing consider a deal in which we can emplace such charges, though wish our involvement in this matter remain off the books from unwelcome ears. It will take some time to get the needed munitions and components together for use on such a large array, assuming you mean to have these deployed in protection around Inverness's exit anomalies? In return, my market sources tell us that the Technocracy has achieved a high level of precision and perfection in the field of cybernetic augmentations for both medical purposes and utilitarian uses. We would be very interested in procuring some of these devices at our Omega headquarters of Madeira as well perhaps a scientific exchange or continued education resource for Guild personnel on implementing such augmentations. I see these "Cyberware" as a great boon towards the type of work we often find ourselves engaged in. Bjorn Alexander RE: »TO: Independent Miners Guild - Kauket - 04-30-2022 ...neural.uplink detected... ...starting encryption...establishing connection... identified: Revenant ...TRANSLATING DATA... DISPLAYING MESSAGE Alexander. Indeed, we are currently holding a lockdown on the Inverness Sector, limiting movement of some vessels who intend to pass through the system. Trap asteroids were certainly upon the list of our ambitions, and fortunately, Inverness has a lot of ice asteroids to use to our advantage. If the Liberty-Bretonia-Crayter alliance is truly insane enough to plough through these fields, they may have a rough time from the natural state as is. The Coronado side of the hidden Inverness jumphole is well concealed in a very large asteroid field. But it is certainly something we will exploit to our usage. Regardless, your assistance on concealing these electronical warfare and explosive traps will be much appreciated and well rewarded. We do not forget those who help, especially after the times we have endured the presence of snakes all around us. We can educate the process of maintenance and provide supply your people as necessary with augments tailored to your opertional needs. Such is not a problem at all. However, you will need to remind us of where Madeira is now situated, we have lost geographical contact with the facility. Of course, these augments will need to be fine tuned to the environment you are working in, such as the extremes of the heat or cold, or high density atmospheres, or even radiological levels. We will be dispatching a survey team to your exit anomalies for a detailed scan analysis forthwith as the first step in this mission, and begin gathering the needed components from our facilities. Madeira Base is located in the NW section of the Melilla Debris Field in the Omega 48 system. It is an excellent strategic location to monitor traffic through this "junction" system as many parties of various faction groups make their way through this corridor. On top of this, we are heavily invested into our mining operations in various parts of the system as well. We are excited to work with you and to educate our personnel in these augmentation systems, and believe they will be a "spingboard" towards advancing our operational capabilities.
