The issue of the Bretonian refugees has been as acute as ever since the Bretonian-Gallic war: destitute, hungry, and tired these people fled in search of a better life and some of them were led to the planet Veracruz. Unfortunately, they could not find the relief they longed for, but were condemned to endure the planet's harsh conditions, albeit with sufficient supplies from the Insurgency.
The main problem for the refugees was that the planet's conditions made it impossible to provide them all with comfortable living quarters and jobs: there were simply not enough factories for everyone to stand at a machine, and it would take years to build new ones. The same applies to housing. The refugees themselves consume vital resources such as food and water, the increased expenses of which simply could not help but affect the living standards of the indigenous people of Veracruz. To understand the exact numbers: there are about 125,000 people in all on the planet, where two-thirds (80,000) are Bretonian refugees from the time of the Bretonian-Gallic War. The planet is simply not designed for that many people at this time.
This is fundamentally unacceptable to our civilians as well as to the refugees themselves, so the recent solution is to begin preparations for the mass deportation of refugees from the planet Veracruz to other populated areas of Sirius. It is known that the refugees will reach one of two points: the planet Erie in the Pennsylvania system and the planet Yuma in the Coronado system. Upon their arrival at their destination, the refugees will receive their long-awaited comfort, warmth, and peaceful skies overhead. The organizations that have volunteered to help evacuate the refugees so far are:
- Orbital Spa & Cruise.
- Deep Space Engineering.
- Med Forces Enterprises.
As far as we know, Orbital Spa & Cruise are preparing Barbados liner for departure from the Vespucci system, in view of Liberty military operation in the Kansas system. Departure allows evacuate 2,000 refugees in the first days of rescue operations alone. Secondary Insurgency forces, such as the
