With the lane's reactivation, its flow through Bering was messed with.
Hamburg Gate -> Freeport 2 rides on the top, but Freeport 2 -> Texas Gate rides on the bottom. The inverse is true for the reverse path from Texas to Hamburg.

It's a minor bug, but realigns Bering's travel flow with the rest of the independent worlds.

Yeah this is a vanilla issue restored. I'm looking at what to do with the IWs in general but especially Bering and Hudson. In my drafts these lanes are already set to flow to liberty in the same direction.

I reworked the entire system and made sure they line up in that.
So kind of fixed for next patch.
