May I firstly take this opportunity to introduce myself. I'm Martin Kemp-Smith, Admiral of the Liberty Navy Fourty-sixth Fleet. A pleasure to make your acquaintance, sir.

Now, rightly on to business. The Crayterian Republics' latest endeavor to openly support and provide shelter to potential Insurgent agents and civilians is most worrying. The potential security implications and hazards this brings to both our respective nations must not be permitted to continue. I am duty bound to protect Liberty, the Republic and her interests from any threat, both foreign and domestic and this does put the Liberty Navy in a most inconvenient of positions.

We have yet to receive word from the Liberty Government as to how to proceed with the matter. Though, if I am not duly informed that a communication has been sent to the Crayterians, then I shall follow that up with the Department of Defense and Office of Foreign Affairs for guidance. At present we are operating under standing orders, which alleviates our capability to immediately use any forms of force against transports, other than those operated by the Insurgency themselves.

Once I have received further clarification, then I request that this frequency be left open for further communications between us, Fleet Admiral.

As the CO of the 46th Battlegroup in Vespucci I would like to interject. The people leaving Insurgency territory are almost exclusively women and children at this point. The deluded Insurgent Navy and their men still believe in their lost cause, and that they can somehow hold their territories and their twisted values against the righteous forces of our Republic that is merely trying to bring Duty, Honor and Liberty and reunite people.

The Delaware is making splendid progress, we will not be stopped. But there is no reason to murder innocent children in cold blood for the sins of their deluded military Insurgency usurpers. Think of us on the front lines - we need to keep the morale high, we are fighting for the higher principles of Liberty, the morale and resolve of my men depends on the firm belief in that we are in the right. Which we are. Do not sow doubt into our hearts.


Way forward
I have offered the Insurgents refugees an open path to Liberty. Those that are women, children and disabled at this point only I want to stress. I suggest Bretonia does the same. It is in our interest to allow this, discredit the folly of the Insurgency cause and prove we are in the right.

Under one condition - that those leaving the area will subject themselves to vetting and criminal records checks, with no immunity from our justice system.


Crayter
Like I said - please do not harm the morale on the front lines. It is my belief we should let them pass to Crayter, but then force the Crayterians to allow Libertonian officers to perform vetting of all arrivals. Battlecruiser Yellowstone staff can help in such thing. Extraditionary procedures should be agreed upon.

With this move we will weaken the population centres of the Insurgency, make our operations on the front lines easier, morale stronger and without a single shot process thousands of refugees and make Crayter ship the bad apples to Liberty to face justice - this is a win for us all I would say.

I am pleased to hear that the Crayter Republic have shifted their stance toward the Insurgency. That was potentially a volatile situation waiting to happen, though we had left the dealings with their Republic to our counterparts in the Liberty Security Force. So it's good to get an update on that front.

Moving swiftly on to the matter at hand. Bretonia and Liberty have been allies for a great deal of time now and I feel it appropriate to further that cooperation and working relationship, moving forward. On that note, I am pleased to inform you that I approve of your request as outlined in your communication. To that end, and if found agreeable by yourself, I would request, in return, the following:

• 1x "Invincible" Class Dreadnought
  
• 1x "Dunkirk" Class Battleship
  
• 1x "Fortitude" Class Battlecruiser
  
• 1x "Crecy" Class Destroyer
  

I appreciate this isn't exactly matching class-for-class in assets, though would allow for further expansion of Liberty Capitals classes in the future, should you require. If you approve, I would recommend our engineers get together to iron out the technological details of ensuring all upgrades and modifications are compatible with the exchanged assets.

Outstanding. I agree, we find ourselves in most troubling times and the joint cooperation between our respective House Forces will ensure strength, unity and security for our home nations. Though, I do sincerely hope the peace between the houses of our former conflicts remains steadfast.

It is my hope that the Valiant, Iowa, Holmfirth and Midland serve you well as they once had. Should you require anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
