Mr. Kemp-Smith, your new rank is Senior Flight Officer. You'll hereby receive command of the Armed Merchant Cruiser "ASCENSION"

Mr. Kent, You have proven very well in our transport section and you have shown great effort. Your new rank is "Flight Officer"
