Admiral I implore you to slow down your forces and regroup with us at your earliest convenience. Our advance has been slowed as we had to fend off an Insurgency attack group that slipped past your forces. We will not be able to catch up to you at this pace and according to intel you will not be able to defeat the Insurgent defenses on your own. Protocol demands our regrouping to defeat a military objective with united firepower. The Ohio and its attached vessels are all at green supply status and a supply line is currently established and holding. We have ammunition and tenders with us to deal with any damages your craft have sustained. I'm sure you don't need to be reminded of the fact that Congress and even the President's office wants this job finished, and for us to be thorough. The longer we wait for things like protocol, which has been our undoing in the past, the more time these insects have to regroup and entrench themselves. We need to move fast and decapitate their command structure, whatever's left of it and then ensure their ability to fight is neutered. If you want to be here to share in the medals or take my job from me, then I'd suggest you give more power to the engines. Otherwise, you can let me handle this and follow my orders.
