Greetings Battlegroup Veracrus. I saw in the news that you guys were in the process of evacuating refugees from the planet Veracruz and I just couldn't help but feel sympathetic. I remember the journey my family made back in 800 A.S, fleeing from Rheinlanders on the Liberty border which is why I cannot simply stand by and look on while others are suffering.

I have a E78-12 "Spatial" Civilian Deep Space Explorer and a "Democritus" Class Luxury Yacht at my disposal that I am willing to use in any way that I can to assist the evacuation efforts.

Glad to hear from you Commander Barrington. Attached in this message are the specifications of my vessels (1&2) and personal data (3). I understand that my work with the Liberty armed forces may put my loyalties to the evacuation in question and unfortunately I cannot offer anything other than my word that once I sign a contract I abide by the terms of that contract until completion. My number 1 priority will be the safe evacuation of the refugees.

We have no interest in the Liberty Fleet: it's obvious that being on the other side of the barricades, you will be in contact with the forces of law and order and achieve in their eyes the reputation of a "decent citizen".

We have checked all the data about your ship and about you as a person. We don't seem to have a lot to go on. I will put you in the database of the operation, the details of which you can find out here. Check it out before you decide to proceed with the evacuation process. The best ship to transport refugees is the Demoсritus: refrain from using the Spatial, as it is not designed for this, no matter how much you try to retrofit it.
