hey i need some help when i type the ip 82.113.48.5 in and start freelancer i go into multiplay and nothing comes up i havent changed any internet settings i was on it a few days ago but then it just diddnt work so if anyone can help me plz do thank you.

yes i do have bloody vista sooo annoying how every little thing you do it asks for permission, yes i do have the right mod unless its changed mi versoin is 4.154, yes i have tryed typing 82.113.48.5 in numerous times and all of them time nothing comes up, yes i have a firewall on and i made the firewall let fl work through the net but i havent tryed disableing it yet so i will have to try that, if there is anything else you can think of to help me plz do :) thank you.
