As I've no doubt in my mind that you are aware, the Insurgency are being rather bold with their tactics regarding the civilian evacuees from Vespucci.

I've learned of some intel that may prove of some use to you. I met with a Lieutenant Braus of the Insurgency on Planet Curacao and am currently en route back to New York aboard the Anchorage. The Lieutenant, quite defiantly, notified me that a secondary location that transports will be heading to is Erie, Pennsylvania. This may already be known to you and if so, I'd like to further inform you that I've requested a small scale force of my Fleet be redeployed and tasked with stopping any transports found to be harboring and providing logistical aid to the Insurgency. What we do with them from there is another matter all together and brings me to my next question.

Does the Security Force have any facilities that we could use to place these evacuees in to holding? My intent is to capture, detain and process any that we can to ensure Liberty's security before releasing, if any, in to the Republic.

I will keep this channel open to allow coordination between our respective organisations.
