Bug: Game thinks I have full Nanobots, I do not.

Explain the bug thoroughly here:
Better to show than tell, game wont let me buy Nanobots, claims I have them full. As you can see in the image that is not the case.
Flying a Zoner Q-ship and am parked at Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta under the name of Finitys.Middle. Not entirely sure what else to put here.

This is intended. Capital ships do not use nanobots because it is integrated into the hull.
