Shit's hitting the fan here in Vespucci, seriously this time as Navy's been mobilising all Delaware resources for an offensive, a final offensive, let's face it - Triton isn't going to do a thing. Can't swim against the tide.
Our mutual acquaintance slipped a word you're alive and well, and I'm curious as to where you're exactly and if I can hop aboard with you as I did with Linford two years ago. If some feel like they're throwaways - well, let them be, I don't. So, where you are, and could you fancy vouching for me before whoever's lending you a hand and a mooring port?

I've warned the remaining officers of the dire straits we- they are in and that we need to plan for the worst. It seems at least some realised this. There is more than you or me who are leaving Vespucci to keep on fighting. I will not reveal them for your, their and my safety. We will not know who gets captured during this. I will offer some of the other people in the organisation we support to contact you. For now I would recommend to take what supplies you can, take the least amount of ships possible and hide. Magellan, Cortez, California, somewhere you will not have to breach the Navy blockade or cross into Auxesia territory.
Still I do plan to return. We will scout a stable route and we will be there during the fight. We will stay at maximum range and we will also take on anyone who can leave at last minute. It will be dangerous but I don't see a better chance to do damage like this to the Navy. I am not asking this of anyone, nor do I see myself as your commanding officer any longer.

Can't say that wasn't a day full of contradictions - Delaware's up in flames and the number of Arbiters in space is a slap in the face Navy's going to remember. A huge number I was bit too busy to count. As it was said once in the past - "we've staved off the midnight, for now." But it's a nice morale booster nonetheless.
And while that's still true we're packing up all supplies we can and Enterprise will be laying low in The Barrier outcropping, it's got to give enough radar interference and visual obstruction to hide even such a mastodon as an Arbiter. Get things rolling, Knight. I'll be waiting.
