To whom it may concern,

This is Jonas Hudson, Freelancer and former privateer. I'm sending this to inquire about bounties on Refugee shipments. I've heard about the refugee problem coming out of Vespucci, and that most of them are former Leeds citizens.

I can help, I have an old Z-8500 'Bullmastiff' transport rigged up with a cloak that I had used for behind the lines cargo interdictions years ago. The way I figure it, you could probably use some experienced guys for this. Handling refugees is a dangerous job, I know from Leeds. I offer my ship as a Freelancer vessel willing to hunt down any transport for taking back as many as my hold can take. It's no liner, but not many other ships are really up to the task of cargo interdiction that have any cargo space at all. Since it's an emergency, I wonder if an exception can be made.

My only real problem is, the ship isn't legal or registered to bounty hunt in Liberty. That's fine, I can keep the ship outside of Liberty space, but if I could be helped to fast-track the paperwork, and if the Navy adds Refugees as contraband that can be confiscated, I can quickly go to work taking back some of those refugees before too many are hauled anywhere outside the region.

The ship's name is Tinker.Bell. That ship, and another Z-Line vessel I use that is already registered, a Z-6150 called Stratocaster I would like to add to a bounty registration application I recently submitted that has yet to be approved. If I could have them added and approved, I would immediately deploy the Bullmastiff to the Liberty borderworlds and begin patrols to confiscate refugees. Any further documentation on Rep and ID can be submitted upon request.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate the clarification. I'll re-transmit this to a Liberty Republic frequency and hope to contact a representative of the Goverment. My crew and I are ready to bounty hunt these ships for the Liberty Goverment with a specially outfitted vessel, and are willing to take the risk. I specialize in this kind of work and have a personal interest in the fates of many of those refugees. We stand by eager to assist.
