I am Miguel Perez, Observador de La Flota Estelar Hiperespacial de Malta, currently overseeing operations regarding our installation, Alba Station. This communication aims to enlighten all Maltese about the facility I'm in charge of.

Alba Station is the next step towards greatness for Malta Hyperspace Starfleet. With a capacity of 500 men and women from all across Malta, this facility is intended to open up the doors of the Maltese scientific community to a whole new level. Planet Albegna is also an entity of great significance to the advancement of our homeworld, and it is under progress for the same. The station is located close to Planet Albegna to assist in handling supplies for the Planet and complement essential tasks. It is divided into 3 sections, laboratories dedicated to the following departments: Genetics, Engineering, and Research. Each field recreates environments suitable for testing and even production, if necessary. As the facility develops, more areas will be open as the requirement for further knowledge demands a heavier investment. It is expected that, in the coming future, the facility will adequately sustain 3 biodomes suitable for every Maltese, fully functional Cardamine ecosystem that will operate with maximum efficiency.


Genetics department:
(dept. head Prof. Petra Ferrari )
This is the lab of Cardamine, in simple terms. From experiments concerning the unknown to experiments aimed at increasing the efficiency of agriculture, all kinds of research and experiments relating to genetics are effectuated in this department. Since the dawn of our time, agriculture has been the foundation of all human civilizations, and now being blessed by the orange substance, we wonder how far we could go with it. One of the leading researches is centered on food processing and how it could be more efficient for all Maltese. Biologists and geneticists work tirelessly to develop new ways to empower the substance, reduce the maintenance requirements and facilitate consumption.

Engineering department:
(dept. head Eduardo Montalban)
This department aims to create the most powerful engines, the most resistant alloys, and the most deadly weapons known in Sirius. Different kinds of equipment distinct from the ordinary are produced in this department. With the advancement of our enemies, endeavors of our compañeros hermanos on the frontlines are becoming increasingly difficult. Formulating the new technologies that provide us with the edge we need against our countless foes is part of the commission of this department. In collaboration with Casse’s Academy, new engineers and technicians are received each day, bringing new ideas and putting them into action. Through systems optimization and reverse engineering, Maltese ships are constantly tested for further improvements that can give us an edge that would bring us victory.


Research Department:
(dept. head Dr. Valentín Fuster)
The Research Department works closely with both other departments. Research related to anything and everything that could prove beneficial to Malta eventuates in this department. The current focus of this department is the pursuit of new ways to use the gravitational anomalies to our advantage. As space travel goes deeper, Maltese are in constant need of urgent entry and exits to the different areas of Sirius. Technologies the Spirits have been observed using to jump great distances in a matter of seconds would just be the breakthrough we need to gain leverage, allowing us to catch our enemies by surprise.

To sum it up, Alba Station will be one of our most vital assets and the vanguard in the advancement of Malta. As you may already know from my last transmission I, Miguel perez, am the overseer of the new installation, Alba Station, which is currently in its initial stage. We have started the expansion of Alba Station starting with our labs and development facilities. For that purpose we are requesting the deliveries of the following:


The destination is Alba Station, located near Planet Albegna in Sector 3C.
We will initiate the payment after the delivery has been completed and visual confirmation (Destination, Time & Cargo) has been made.

We have verified the cargo you have delivered to Alba Station, and all seems well. We appreciate your fast fulfillment of our request. Our workers and engineers have started assembling the equipment, and soon a new portion of the Station will be available for research and manufacturing; although much remains to be done, we are headed towards a good start.
