Your installation finds itself in a unlucky situation if I am honest. Omicron Minor has recently been declared unsafe for civilian travel, due to a developing situation regarding the Nomads. I am currently not at liberty to share details about the situation, but do be aware that Omicron Minor will soon become one of the most unsafe systems in the local stellar cluster.

The Order has been moving assets in the region to prepare for a crisis situation within the system, and we are currently unable to guarantee the safety of civilian installations in Omicron Minor. We will try our best of course, but it would be best to prepare yourselves for the worst.

Aside from that, I must inform you about the nature of Azurite Gas. In the attachments you will find a neural net link to the Overwatch Protectorate regulations. Due to its dangers, including psychological effects, and its relation to Nomads, Azurite Gas is labelled contraband, and will be confiscated and destroyed upon being spotted on transport vessels. You say your purpose for this gas is purely scientific, which is something we can agree with, but can you give me a guarantee that the Azurite gas isn't intended for mass shipment?

We will welcome small quantities of the gas delivered to the Order for scientific purposes, but any bulk transport of the gas leaving the station will be intercepted and destroyed. Do be aware of this. This might sound strict, but once again, it is to safeguard humanity against the threat of nomad materials.
