I'd like to inform you that the arranged delivery of Azurite gas from Gas Miner Konpeki, along with transport of our scientists, to Damascus Research Station has been succesfully completed. NHI convoy was supported by The Order escort ship with calling sign Ramses and everything went according to a scheduled plan as we were already expected at Damascus. I would just like to point out that this batch of Azurite gas wasn't intended for business profits, but soIely for further scientific examination and research of possible psychological reactions and other malignant side effects. I am looking forward to a further cooperation.

As is customary you receive the frontrunning notice about the successful start of the construction project currently underway in the Zurich system.
A suitable loacation was found, the primary financial and bureaucratic obstacles were handled, we are only slightly behind schedule - nothing worrysome.

Currently the basic framework of the soon-to-be newest asset for New Horizon Industries is put in place.
Working crews are deployed and the basic logistics are handled by the Pyke Consortium for now.

I am quite excited to find myself in the midst of this new kind of economic endeavour in my old days.
As per prior agreement, I have liquidated my personal assets and will "set camp" at the station to oversee construction and
subsequent business conducted there. I will report to the Board again as soon as the "Commercia" is properly set up.

The necessary modules for all intended operations are in place and - by the words of my IT-specialist - "online".
The Commercia is fully operational in its primary function as a space station with acceptable storing tonnage, housing significant computing power.

Here is a short interim report of the complex:

The work on the outer hulls of the stations has been completed and at the moment our workers are working flat out on the completion of the first factory, it seems that there are complications with the supply of the required goods.
Bowex has already fulfilled its contract for delivery but the delivery from AWES, which we urgently need, is still missing.
We'll give them a few more days, otherwise I'll have to contact other companies so we can complete the work.
The preparations in the Elcano Storage Annex are already in full swing, the fuel tanks of both facilities for the protective shield have recently been filled.
According to our calculations, the credits in the bank of both institutions will NOT be sufficient to safely process deliveries.
So I'm asking you for the sum of 500,000,000 SC (250,000,000 per facility) so we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Of course, we can also reduce the sum, just as you wish.
Furthermore, the next projects are already being planned.
I would be very obliged if you would give me feedback for the complex account replenishment.

The work on the memory modules is complete, as is the manufacture of the 2 Hyperspace Matrix Mk I. Furthermore, I will do everything to start building the second factory. For this I have already contacted MFN and asked them to send us some materials.
Unfortunately, the work on the storage module appendix is ​​only going moderately, but I am confident that we will get this under control.

Thank you for the dedicated work and effort in managing the Elcano complex. It's a very valuable asset for us on the long run and I'm glad to see it's in the right hands.

The storage expansion is great news, and in good timing. There have been rumors of a coming massive ion storm, so we should stockpile on resources as much as we can. Tell me which ores you need and I'll give a call to our haulers. We should also make some room for Azurite Gas, the storm will be highly unpredictable and there's no way to know if the leaking Nomad ruins we harvest it from would remain in place.

Keep us posted with updates, once it's ready we'll start moving in the ores.
