To whom it may concern,

My name is Heidi Neumann, I am an executive officer of Rheinland Shipping.

We have begun construction of our headquarters outside of New Berlin. Thus far, we have used localized workers to construct our instillation and, at this point, we need specialized workers to complete the construction project. We are outreaching to you to see if you are able to provide us with the workers. In exchange, we are willing to reimburse with delivery of commodities, monetary payment, or any other payment you may desire.

Please let us know if you are available to assist at your earliest convenience.

We can of-course provide you with engineers to help move your project along. How many teams do you think you will need? and what kind of specializations may become necessary? We have engineers specializing in different fields, such as life-support systems, electrical sub-systems, machinery, automation etc.

If you need any specialized engineers, outside of mechanical and construction engineers, please let us know.

The rate for specialized engineer services is 750,000cr per day per team.
The rate for mechanical and construction engineering services is 500,000cr per day, per team

If you are comfortable with said rates, we can move forward with the project, it's scope and the projected number of man-hours needed.
