To whom it may concern,

You may or may not know our organisation, but Team Convoy logistics is an Interspace organisation and we are trying to expand our business to different parts of Sirius. The first part of this is to move two installations from the Galileo system, which is under planning at the moment and will hopefully be done before the end of the year.
I contact you today to make sure that we are able to get permission to move these installations through Liberty space. The move will be verified to you as soon as we have all of our plans in place, and we will make sure that the move will not interfere with any other business or travellers that could be using Liberty space at the time of the move. The move is being tested within the Bretonian area at the moment near our Headquarters in Dublin, and we are hoping to be able to tow the installations with some Hercules heavy lifting vessels.

There will be a number of vessels attached with towing lines, and as I say testing of the strength of the vessels and the towing lines is being done as we speak. We would like the permission to do this and will be involving the Bretonian Government aswell to coordinate this movement.

I would like your reply on this as soon as possible and of course we will keep you informed as to when the move will take place or any other requests we may have to ask.
