My name is Jack Gibson, and my position at All Worlds Enterprises & Securities for Interspace Commerce is that of Chief Intelligence Officer.

My role is often that of Risk Management, we could call it, as well as Investment stewardship to ensure that the investments of Interspace Commerce in different enterprises are always headed in an upwards market direction. In layman's terms, I make sure things go as planned.

We've been meaning to establish high level communications for awhile with the GC-, as lately all we've heard is the odd gossip from chance meetings in space or brawls at Roppongi when either law enforcement or an overzealous male gets too close. In either case, we look the other way in some legal matters or provide with financial support for the cause in Kusari when prompted.

Our past relationship with the Gen'an Chrysanthemums has always been behind-the-scenes - and will continue to be this way... you will continue to confront us as you do any other vessel, under the pretext of non-association. We will never ask you to escort us through Kusari space for worry of the ramifications of being in consort would imply.

We have some plans in the works that may require some armed help from several outside groups... for reasons we can't get into over this channel but in the end IC cannot have any official involvement.

What I can offer is a way to further your goals in Kusari at the expense of existing enemies - and, as always, continued support from our ships that GC encounters and IC non-interference with your cardamine operations on Roppongi Station.

Trust is usually an issue in this business I run into a lot, and my answer is always the same: I don't trust anyone... but I can view what motivates their actions, and expect these actions will typically attempt to further the progress towards the motivating item.

That being said, our actions in Kusari have always been supportive of GC, and you can expect future actions to continue to do so... regardless of your decision.

We should meet in Shikoku at some point to discuss these items securely... you'll forgive my reluctance to use communications channels... your Lane Hacker neighbours as well as other technologically adapt groups such as Kusari Intelligence could still likely find ways to crack the communication security protocols, given time and energy. I can't chance that.
