Wrounch has been sanctioned for:

Connecticut uses a custom set of rules to the rest of the server:
- This system does not exist in-roleplay.
- Do not attack players without prior agreement.
- Return a player's dropped loot if they ask you.
- Be polite and do not taunt or ridicule other players.

Consequences:

Banned since you attacked people randomly in Connecticut. Then you were insulted, something that shouldn't happen, sure but you're not supposed to then take it out on people but instead report it.

While that is your stance I cannot let you back on the server.
