To whom it may concern,

I am here to formally report that the Royal Navy of the Kingdom of Bretonia, working in close cooperation with the Kusari Naval Forces of the Empire of Kusari, have located an installation deemed as highly suspicious and a potential threat to the security of the Tau-31 system.

The mentioned station is in the immediate vicinity of the Tau-23 Jump Gate, with the callsign Saint Leu Production Facility. My superiors have requested that I also convey a formal appeal to the Crayter Republic Navy to question the management of the base upon its purpose as well as chosen location.
