![]() Governor of Kyushu - Nosaku Kouki Respected Office of the State Police. With the political turmoil on Planet Kyushu declining, with much thanks to your officers, it has been deemed necessary to address some concerns for your space-side departments. It is well known that traditionally the State Police had only patrolled as far as the planet and the lane to New Tokyo. Such was a splendid job; our direct trade routes into the heart of Kusari has for long been secured thanks to your work. In an attempt to better Kusari, it has been decided that the trade route into the Taus must become secure as well. It has come to my attention that certain lanes, notably the lane from Tsushima to Fukuoka, have been heavily assaulted by bad actors in the region. To remedy this issue it was decided to call in the State Police to handle the defense of Kusari's next greatest expansion. The route into Saga must become secure and it is in my opinion there is no greater department to ask than yours. There is no immediate rush to fulfill this need. However seeing the paperwork start to move will be pleasing enough. The startings of a deployment plan. With utmost respect, Nosaku Kouki Governor of Kyushu RE: To: The Kusari State Police - Kusari State Police |KSP| - 07-27-2022 ![]() Kusari State Police Official Communication
![]() Recipient : Governor of Kyushu - Kouki Nosaku Subject : Additional Deployment Priority :Medium Date : 27.07.829 Good day esteemed Governor, I am honored to be able to answer this communication on behalf of our Commissioner Kitigawa Ike. We are glad to confirm after a short discussion that we will be willing to communicate more regarding the deployment of more of our Officers within the Kyushu system. I would like to ask if there are more details available as to exactly how far we can patrol if we do come across these bad actors. Are we able to follow till aprehended or disabled, whichever way the situation would unfold. Taking on this task will spread our forces a bit thinner, but I am sure we can supply enough officers for the task. Discussing the details of this planned deployment can be discussed through me, as I am being put in control of the officers who will be deployed there. Please keep discussions going so that we can arrange exactly how many officers we can supply and deploy there. I look forward to your reply Signed.. ![]() Governor of Kyushu - Nosaku Kouki Inspector Fukushima Ayado. After discussion with the planetary and trade ministers of Kyushu, a preliminary draft has been constructed for me to convey. At this current time, the State Police patrols from the New Tokyo Gate to Planet Kyushu. The Empire's own navy covers from the planet to Tsushima, utilizing the Nagasaki's presence to station out of. The lane from Tsushima to the Tottori is currently a destination that requires more deliberation regarding the situation in that system and if the Navy should cover such instead. The trade route from Tsushima to Fukuoka resides as the primary concern. You may, of course, patrol whatever is your standard protocols for securing trade. One report I have read over mentioned that the main issue of this portion of the route is Ohka Dust Field, allowing unseen strikes. If able, patrols of this field may greatly assist in the limitation of these bad actors. As for how long persuit may occur, we see no reason to restrict the State Police from your own protocols regarding such. Consider yourself unrestricted when it comes to system-wide bi-laws. Should you require to enter Saga for these criminals to persue them, consider permission granted. For now, the priority is the security of our trade routes. I will admit I am not fully privy to how the State Police operates further from the standard routes, if you believe such would be needed. I would gladly take your analysis of the situation within Kyushu into account, should you be able to share it Inspector. With utmost respect, Nosaku Kouki Governor of Kyushu RE: To: The Kusari State Police - Kusari State Police |KSP| - 07-28-2022 ![]() Kusari State Police Official Communication
![]() Recipient : Governor of Kyushu - Kouki Nosaku Subject : Additional Deployment Priority :Medium Date : 28.07.829 Good day esteemed Governor, Once again I am honored by your reply, Myself and Commissioner Kitigawa Ike, have discussed your proposals, and we are both in agreement that we can supply enough officers to cover the stated area. We are hoping to bring more officers through our ranks as soon as we can, and this will help to ease the pressure on our already tired officers who have continuously been doing double shifts within Shikoku and New Tokyo lately. It is truly an honor to serve the Emperor and to work alongside the magnificent Naval forces of Kusari as always, and we will also be trying to work as closely with them as possible. Initiating the extra patrols will happen very soon Govenor, and I will inform you as soon as I have the officers positioned in the area to sort out the protection of the trade routes. Also I do have to point out that we are using our long range detection equipment to analyse possible smugglers in the area and have also managed to aprehend one or two lately. With both the smuggling and hostile problem we will be putting a very effective action plan into effect aswell as the deployment of the extra officers. I will be in contact with you as soon as we have our action plan initiated, and hopefully we can also include the Kusari Naval Forces. Until next time Govenor, I wish you peace and happiness. Signed.. Fukushima Ayado Inspectior, Kusari State Police ![]() |
