My name is Hina 陽菜 Nakamura, The Nebula Shipping Express docking master and member of the board. I am here on behalf of our CEO, Sara 冴咲 Tanaka to address your respected freelancer individuals and logistic corporations about our newest business projects. The NSE administration decided that it is time to produce our own Food, Water, and Oxygen. We are also planning the construction of a highly advanced toxic waste treatment facility but this will require some time since our engineers are still working on it. Concerning the Nebula Biodome ® project, We would like to announce a manifest of materials required for building our new structure. Be advised that each delivery will be paid for directly by the NSE docking master once the shipment is delivered, while the bonuses will be transferred to your bank account. The missing and lost shipment documents will not receive any bonuses for the said lost shipment/documents.
