Good day,
I am contacting you in regards to finalizing the transfer of ownership for the station I purchased on auction as an impulse buy.
I must admit, the reason I've decided to buy it is to turn it into a space bar of sorts, and though I've already paid for it, I still need to clear up some things.

- Are there any structural problems I need to be aware of ?
- Is there any kind of pests that I need to clear out ?
- The codes for the defense weaponry.
- Any remaining furniture or the like that you need moved out ? Or can I keep what is found aboard ?

Greetings and thank you for purchasing the station, I am sure that with some retrofitting the station will serve as a good bar.
There are some minor structural problems but I've maintained the station very well, the materials for repairs should be aboard station, in the holds.
No, there are no pests aside from the random pirate warlord that fancies himself a conqueror, speaking of which I have sent the defense codes to you via encrypted transmission.
You may keep whatever furniture or such left aboard the station.
Now if you find these matters solved to your satisfaction, we can consider the transfer of ownership complete.
