Hello there. A few hours ago you may have noticed that there was a very precise raid on Shinjuku station, The corporate HQ of Samura. With my elite group I destroyed your Comm Tower, Freight Bays, Factory Storage, and even an Ammunition Depot, and I must say that last one let out quite a boom. Now before you start drawing conclusions about us, we are not like the normal rabble you are used to. We are precise, and even though our numbers are scarce, we are viciously skilled. We raided Shinjuku as an introduction for whats to come. The Oniwaban are against you for your vicious and Imperial government, which has been taking away liberties and justice. That is an unchanging matter, and I hope we can make it somewhat interesting... This brings us to our secondary goal. This is to the all of Sirius. We will be watching over you, We will be protecting those who truly work to make a living, from those who strive to take it from them by pirating or terrorism. Already we have shown our wrath against a few pirates who refused to talk and learn honorable ways to live. If you wish to contact me, I'll leave this channel open. Oh, where are my manners... Be under no illusion that your viscous and unprovoced attack on a Samura base has not gone un-noticed, many innocent lives were lost in that raid. Kusarian workers with wives and familes that are now widows and orphans thanks to your assault.
You talk of "honour", yet there is no honour in attacking an undefended station in such a cowardly act and then to boast of it as a great victory for your pointless cause is just sickening.
There is no justification for this act of aggression and if you attack Samura and insult the rightful emporer of Kusari you make enemies of the Black Dragon Society and will find yourself facing a far deadlier enemy than a few unarmed station workers.
This attack will be avenged and you will be made to regret your actions during your slow and painful death!

Undefended? Now that my friend is just a horrible lie. Destroyer patrols every 5 seconds, along with around 15 turrets on that station does not qualify as 'Undefended.' Secondly, While I regret getting innocents involved, I did the best to pick targets that were empty at the time of my Reconnaissance, only 10 minutes before the strike. But I do not qualify high-ranking officials and CEO's Innocents. However we did not strike your main spire, mostly because not ALL of those officials can possibly be involved in greedy, back-stabbing politics. Anyways, I hope my upcoming statement makes somethings clear to you Mr. Tomodachi, and I look forward to seeing you on the battlefield....
Before I go however, I want to add a little background and some clarification; We are The Oniwaban, which literally translates to "The Keepers of the Garden" or "Stalkers of the Night". However, do not let our Kusarian name make you think we are rogue pilots or what not, We just enjoy learning history 'tis all. The Original Oniwaban Group was a group of 6-7 'Ninjas,' who were able to take down entire armies by themselves, they were the best of the best. And, as do we, they had their own Honor to uphold. Unfortunately they also had the ability to control civilian casualties, which is something a little harder to do now I guess... We want to bring their name something more than ultimate defenders, we want them to be remembered for defending something. You want to know the truth? Samura is a major industrial force in Kusari, which means they have quite a treasury it seems. Well I got some information that some people on the bottom were getting extorted... From their own bosses! Now I had to ask myself, why would a company so amazingly rich, have people who needed MORE money... So I decided that these men were guilty of injustices to the common man, and set his entire company a message. Now, I also had similar information about Shinagawa, coincidentally the HQ of Kishiro, but my tip on a convention of some sort drew me away and we didn't consider it. I can honestly say I don't give any care to if you think this is contradictory or hypocritical, because frankly thats exactly who i'm going against, The people who will do anything to obtain money, no matter the means... They are the one's i'm after. Kusari just happened to be top of my list. So, to help you better understand, I will say this all again, We are not looking to be terrorists, We are not looking to fight Kusari alone in this fight against thievery and deceit, and We ARE waiting, if you feel the need to fight us, please do so Honorably, not like the pirates we've had to 'show justice's path' to so far. It is good that you care not for hypocrisy, terrorist, because you have done a wonderful job of showing Kusari exactly that. You have come to clean the rich and powerful scum from Kusari, a noble task for sure, but the top of your list is Samura? If that is truly the case, then I must believe that my brothers and I have finished our task of removing any Gaijin stain from Kusrai. But seeing how Roppongi, Deshima, and the countless other insults to Kusari remain I feel this is far from the truth.
Now Tyr, I am glad to see political idealism blossoming in the youth, however I belive you have gone about this all too wrong. You see, when one chooses to perform an unprovoked, or rather unwarned, terrorist attack, you shouldn't relay on rumors and poor reconnaissance. Basing an attack on Kusari people solely on rumors of injustices? Come now, if I told you the angels enjoyed pirating all starflyers leaving Manhattan would you nobly run to save them? And these officials and CEOs you so viciously murdered, were they aware of your noble cause, or have you just stained your hands further with blood? And you preformed reconnaissance only 10 minutes before you massacred all those people? I can't believe that you can truly separate who is innocent and who should be punished with such a small time to interpret the data you got from this.
You are here to protect the innocent and the abused, the weak and the defenseless, all I have seen from you is the opposite; you murdered hundreds of people on board that station, with little to no evidence of who those people were? Tell me, can you name a single person you massacred there, or is every employee of these corporate pirates accountable? I have opened up communications with you in hopes that you will look upon what you have done; all the bloodshed and murder, and have an epiphany. It is through your terrorist actions that hundreds of loyal Kusari citizens were butchered. *Sigh* I hate when people don't listen... But I guess its partially my fault for not clarifying..
First off... We are not a terrorist group; our goal is not fear and terror but fulfilling our "Shimei's" and carrying out justice. The reason we did choose Samura as our target was to show the Kusari government, along with most of Sirius, That we do mean what we say. Originally I was thinking of an easy, duel-style welcoming, but to see if this would be even possible I felt the need to test the military's openness and in some ways ambitiousness. I thereby told them I would be conducting a raid on one of your valuable stations unless you met me at a certain area. Like I expected I got laughed off, and before setting up the operation, I went and took another chance on Samura itself. They laughed even more than the Naval Forces! So, I felt the need to show them to take us seriously. Secondly, about our reconnaissance; We had updated scans every 15 minutes of the base for an hour prior, Had personal visits once a day for the 5 days prior, and an extraneous amount of extra planning to make sure this went off without a hitch. We are not the ruffians you may know that plan everything in a matter of minutes. Now, on the subject of the rumors, I will admit that I cannot prove them wrong, but tell me, how well do you think politicians and businessmen hide their tracks? I don't think even the government can find out what goes on under the table. So what do you do? Find people who ARE under the table. I got my sources from a reformed arms dealer who owed me a favor and agreed to help me scourge out some greedy men. The tracks were very kept and I only got a few Kusarian's, one of which was of Samura, and as if it were fated, the same one who laughed and taunted me earlier.. Finally, I'm not too sure if you managed to actually make it to my raid in person, but considering I set off alarms before I took off from my final visit, any civilian should've been in the core of the station. And then there's the matter of our targets. Can you honestly tell me that a Comm Tower, with only about half a foot to a foot of space for maintenance I guess, A depressurized exterior freight bay, and A depot would kill hundreds? Now, I regret having to destroy the depot and its subsequent explosion. But it seems no-one seems to listen to words because they think whoever won't agree they'll just shoot, so I felt the need to alleviate part of that problem, even if by a minuscule amount. I have the stain of blood already on my hands.. And I feel that I really can't heal myself of that anymore. That is why I am going with my group to try and find these criminals who are still in reach of saving, and if they won't change... We shall make it so they won't be able to ruin anymore lives. THAT my friend is only part of the story... Once again of course I feel remorse for anyone caught between us and the wretches who we need to cleanse, and I shall do whatever I can to avoid their casualties...
Oh, and to your last question, i've had blood on my hands for many years, but every time an innocent dies because of me, I make sure I safe at least 5 more lives. That is how I sleep at night... And its not easy.

Not a terrorist group? Judging from your actions I can see no other definition for what you do. However sitting here and arguing semantics is simply a waist of our time; I cant make blind men see. I apologize for my apparently exaggerated numbers; I have just now received the reports from your terrorist actions, probably because of the destruction of that communications array. Seeing as how youre happy with your attack murdering only innocent depot laborers, flight deck crew, and causing only monetary losses to the Samura CEOs that you state need to be punished I would have to assume that youre either quite dumb or rather insane. Your noble terrorist action truly has saved hundreds of lives, or was your intent simply to ensure that Samura maintenance crews continue to have work? Ive seen the reports, the only lives lost were innocents; simple laborers and shift supervisors on the depot as well as the flight and maintenance crew bringing in the goods to depot. I urge you to read your own words, Tyr, because no CEOs or any of your guilty parties were not anywhere close to the explosions.
Which brings me to your reconnaissance and information gathering, I would like to thank you for informing us how you went about doing this, as it saves us hundreds of hours in investigation. You visited the base every day for the past five days you say? Thank goodness the security mainframe keeps tabs on who enters and who leaves the base on a daily basis, or else we would have trouble finding you. My full congratulations on your show of power, it usually takes the KSP years to bring terrorist organizations into the light. I will let you know that myself and all of my brothers will take every step we can to ensure that you can never harm an innocent life again, your actions are despicable and cowardly, and you only lie to yourself when you justify them with your talk of saving innocents and punishing the guilty. You and all of your ilk deserve nothing short of your throats slit for the people you butchered and the children you orphaned.

Well then we're of accord, no? Kusari is now aware of our presence, and I look forward to fighting you. It seems my list of honorable enemies grows, this has brightened my day. But I agree also on the fact that us arguing here will have no outcome other than frustration and hatred, which it seems we've already achieved. I feel terrible about the casualties, but I did what I could to help them. You seem to not know of war as I do however... Have you witnessed a million lives taken at once..? Have you gone to the ruins to pick out the bodies of men, women, and children? I don't think you have... I do all I can to avoid killing people who aren't involved... But you can't expect No one to be in the way all the time. And While I strive towards that goal, and repent for my continual sins by looking out for other's, It seems like things will happen as they are fated too.. People unfortunately die Mr. Tottori, soldier or not. How many people do you think die everyday because of brigands and thugs all over Kusari alone? You're police forces are not That well... I myself have seen your Yakuzas and i'm sad to say that my raid, which will not occur so often, is not going to make a difference. And considering you see me as a 'Terrorist,' this should be easy for you to understand. Finally, if you wanted to know how I did it you should've asked. Your silly cameras will only catch a man with a long, black trenchcoat and a cap. And if you manage to have actually remotely precise cameras, you'll be able to make out the outline of my Shōzoku, or full black ninjutsu clothing for anyone who doesn't know the word.
