Operations throughout Kusari are intensifying and patrols have been stepped up in certain areas.

New Tokyo
Within New Tokyo the significant patrol area is between Shinagawa and Planet new Tokyo and over towards the Kyushu Jump Gate. This area has been used by smugglers and also there has been sightings of Pirates within the vercinity of Shinagawa. Superintendant Fukushima Ayado spotted one with a specific tag HRZ~ and was under the impression he was not alone. Stepping up patrols will be recommended.

Shikoku
Within Shikoku, this area is a very popular route to Liberty and is also rife with smugglers, so this area has been monitored recently and needs extra patrols aswell. Golden Chrysanthemums are also making more bold moves and there has been spotted a Liner with their identification, which managed to escape detention, so vigilance on this area needs to be stepped up.

Kyushu
The Kyushu region has been a haven for Outcasts and hostiles who evade detection by using jump holes. This needs to be monitored on a regular basis and patrols maximised.
There is also Misai Enterprise, that has been constructed close to Battleship Nagasaki, where we have established a full unit of ships that can respond quickly to any hostilities and is under command of Superintendant Fukushima Ayado, who is commanding the newly commissioned |KSP|SAT-Hatarumo Battlecruiser.This vessel is now the flagship for our Special Assault Team, who will be specialising in large scale operations and quick responses to any large ships invading Kusari space.

While on the subject of the Special Assault Team, this team will comprise of 2 Battlecruisers and 3 Destroyers, once they have all been commissioned, they will be a formidable force within our operational areas.

Operational status is at Midori, which is our lowest alert status.
Other operational status alerts include -- Anba -- which is our second highest alert status and is used when there is a possibility of medium risk.
The highest operational alert is -- Aka -- This is our highest alert status and is used to highlight possible threats and high volume of hostiles or other unlawful individuals.

So operational status means we are at normal operating criteria and all officers are encouraged to keep up their good work and take advantage of our new training programs within the force.

We have a visitor within Kusari from the University of Cambridge who is conducting some research on the Kusari culture and people.

Make him welcome and if he requires any assistance we will be doing so.

All other status as mentioned in the previous status report is carrying on as it is, and we are making good progress so far.

With the introduction of our SAT fleet, it has been decided to move the whole fleet to the Honshu region to enable quick response within the Shizuoka region and they will be used as a quick reaction unit, if the possibility arises of a possible attack on Kusari.

This is not a state of urgency by any means, this is a precautionary measure after receiving a message regarding an Outcast, described as a large vessel, within the Sigma-13 system.

SAT fleet will station at the Osaka construction site, so they are not too far away from New Tokyo.

Operational Status has continued as Midori.

All operational officers will report to Superintendant Ayado, and will start full patrol status within all regions of Kusari as of 600 hours tomorrow morning.

All SAT Commanders will be briefed on new orders regarding our Special Assault tactics and operational areas.

All junior officers will report to Sergeant 巡査部長 (Junsa-buchō) Fukushima Toru, to get new directives and planning forward for a special mission which will be explained in full at the briefing.

All remaining officers will be standing by to act as reinforced backup, should they be needed.

Our operational status and overall workload will be challenging, but also rewarding.

Operational Status has continued as Midori.

It has been along time coming, but we have welcomed our Superintendant back, Fukushima Ayado, who requested long term leave in 830 A.S.

We will now be initiating more patrols within the Kusari regions, and making progress with our plans to transfer prisoners from our overcrowded prisons to various houses.

Any foreign criminals that we can extradite, we will do so immediately to the relevant authorities, under strict protocols of course.

Please await further instructions, on how and when this will be achieved.

Operational Status has continued as Midori - みどり.

Konnichiwa to all officers and high command within the Kusari State Police Department.

After a long time it has now been decided to move all SAT units back to New Tokyo.

After being stationed for a long time within the Honshu system, and there was never a threat to the Kusari people from the Outcasts as such.

All Special Assault Team commanders will be given new orders within the coming days and weeks, and I am happy to say that so far we have not had to use these assets, as the region has been kept safe and secure by all relevant security organisations.

Officers from our normal patrol units have not reported anything unusual lately, and the state of the entire region seems safe for now.
All officers are being asked to be vigilant on the Corsair situation, and deal with anything regarding this organisation with professionalism and be aware that they are unwelcome in Kusari.
A relevant way to deal with these individuals is to turn them back towards the region they came from and also it will be relevant to scramble some SAT units to bolster our normal officers within the field.

Any sightings of Corsair vessels within the region will move our operational status to ANBA - アンバー and will mean more assets will be needed within certain areas.

All reports of high hostile activity will increase our alert staus to AKA - 赤.

All officers will make sure their reports are sent to High Command from now on so that it can be dealt with in an immediate manner, and also will be further assesed for importance and alert status.

Operational Status has continued as Midori.

Konnichiwa to all Special Assault Team Commanders.

NEW orders have just been assesed and are now ready to be issued.

With immediate effect all SAT units will be deployed to patrol bordering Sigma regions of the Kusari Empire. After sightings of Corsair vessels within the Sigmas by one of our stealth drones, it has become apparent that these individuals are not complying with our laws and flaunting the chance to trespass.

Any trespassing Corsairs will be dealt with, and with extreme force if they do not comply to orders to leave Kusari space and bordering regions under the juristiction of the Kusari Empire.
Clarification of this redeployment will be sent to the Imperial Empire, and relayed to other Law enforcers within Kusari, if the need arises for reinforcements to our SAT team.

All SAT team Commanders will make sure that they are in groups, and do not encounter or engage any of these Corsairs alone. Drones will be regularly sent into the region to analyse any threat or incursions, and will be recorded visually as evidence.
Evidence will be supplied directly to High Command and will be relayed directly to the Naval Forces of Kusari.

The Imperial Empire will also be notified of our operations, as soon as we have the evidence to confirm continual incursions into Kusari space.

Our operators will work closely with the Imperial Navy and if reinforcements are required, we will be swift to contact them.

Operational Status has continued as AKA - 赤.

Konnichiwa to all Special Assault Team Commanders.

This order has been discussed very seriously by High Command. With immediate effect, all major assets of the Kusari State Police, will be asked to make additional patrols within the Kyushu system aswell as making group patrols, within the TAU region, as we have had relevant intel which suggests that things are not as they seem.

Unmanned drones will be activated and sent within the TAU region, and will be monitored from our Special Assault Team vessels which will be stationed close by. Once activated, these drones will be used to scan for tactical assesments, and all data will be assesed by our SAT commanders before any action is taken.

No assets will be assigned into any combat zone unless, we can safely enter and initiate combat protocols.

All assets will standby, until safe combat status has been confirmed.
