Good day Nebula Shipping Express board of executives,

Interspace Commerce has been reviewing the current slower state of the economy lately and decided it may be time to take some actions to promote activity amongst most sectors of the economy to 'oil the gears' a bit and increase the motion of supply across Sirius.

While analyzing these trends, All Worlds Enterprises & Securities was curious how your technology sector operations have fared, and whether such reduced activity has affected the manufacturing and supply sector for the advanced equipment you deal with.

Do you agree with our assessment and have noted general trade activity lessen?
What are the thoughts amongst the board with regards to any attempt to fire up activity with further economic incentives?

As always, we appreciate the input from such an enterprising group as yourself whom have done so well in your market.

Sincerely,

Greetings Don Vega,
CEO of AWES Enterprise,

First of all, I would like to thank you for contacting us directly about such an important issue. I would like to present myself to your respected corporation. My name is Sara 冴咲 Tanaka, CEO of Nebula Shipping Express. I just want to mention that it is an honor to work with such a large corporation operating Sirius-wide like Interspace Commerce. We understand the gravity of the economical possible recession that might happen in the coming weeks, and therefore we are willing to participate with your respected corporation about what you named "oiling the gears" of the economy.

We noticed that the activity is reduced and we agree 100% with your assessment. On the other hand, our business here in NSE is very sensitive to market changes, and therefore we get affected easily by any elevation or descent in the economy. We appreciate very much that you consider us as a mega enterprise within the field of high-tech fabrications. We also appreciate that you are asking for our opinion and suggestions about enhancing the economy.

The NSE is willing to participate in any kind of boosting event aiming to increase activity. We are up to listening for your ideas, and we are willing also to support and supply such plans with what's needed from logistics and credits. Let us know what is in your mind and we will think about it and maybe add to it some suggestions. I would like to hear what's in your mind about it. I will wait for your reply as soon as possible, and thanks for contacting us about it.

Have a good day Don Vega.

Good day Sara 冴咲 Tanaka,

I am pleased to hear that NSE is also willing to assist with any support we can provide to Sirius with regards to economic stimulation.

Our proposal has its basic components revolving around both rewarding those competitive crews with putting extra efforts into necessary sectors to which further incentives are directed, and also ensuring that further participation in crucial trade routes and supply is improved with a reward that is potentially achievable by all crews involved.
  • Competitive rewards can also encourage ships to try harder, to be the best that they can be. With the right encouragement crews can become more determined to win and develop their efficiency to their full economic potential.
  • Encouraging participation at all levels of the economy is important as well – limiting incentives access to only those who wish to compete cannot be beneficial for the overall health of our economy. The danger is that crews who want to take part without the added pressure of competing might be put off participating in the first place, thus making any stimulus venture somewhat lacking.

We therefore propose and are prepared to contribute from Interspace Commerce a total of 1 (ONE) BILLION CREDITS towards a total SIrius Economic Stimulus Package that would be directed into areas that we are already tapped into - namely Mining Operations, Trading and Supply Operations, and Security Operations. All efforts would have tracking applied towards reports for both amounts and participation incentives, so as to both hopefully entice those freelancing crews to assist with aid to targeted bases or routes.
  • For competitive incentives - the top 3 reporting crews for all combined mining, trade/supply, and escort operations would be rewarded with:
    • 1st place: 250M
    • 2nd place: 150M
    • 3rd place: 100M

  • For participatory incentives - 3 (THREE) Reward Draws will take place that will include all reporting crews for all mining, trade/supply, and escort operations:
    • 1st Reward draw: 250M
    • 2nd Reward draw: 150M
    • 3rd Reward draw: 100M

To centralize and simplify the availability of opportunities in the economy that would qualify under this program, we would direct all interested parties to our Subcontracting program.

Of course, I would be remiss if we, as Interspace Commerce, did not include our Insurance & Claims coverage for all participants involved in these efforts. Standard registration into our program would commence after 2 reports.

If such a program would suit NSE as well for assisting the economy, we could include a separate entry and area so Nebula Shipping Express interests are well served.

We appreciate any insight you have into our suggestions for economic solutions.

Sincerely,

Greetings Don Vega,
CEO of All Worlds Enterprises & Securities,

I just want to mention that it is always a pleasure to receive a transmission from you, Don Vega. I think knowing that you are glad about our willingness to participate in that economical event, pleases the NSE board members beyond imagination. We consider working with such a successful tycoon corporation as AWES, a good business opportunity that we should never let go of easily.

I appreciate that the basic idea of rewards is based on rewards for competitiveness and participation alike. That is very good for the economical activity indeed. I also agree with you 100% when you said that limiting incentives access to only those who wish to compete cannot be beneficial for the overall health of our economy. The contribution from Interspace Commerce is huge indeed and should be enough to create such a good boosting event for the economy, but NSE would like to contribute another ONE BILLION CREDITS to the cause. It would double the current rewards or increase the rewarded number of players.

I think that participation should be rewarded not as same as competitiveness. The rewards should be valuable indeed, but I think the competitiveness should be rewarded higher. It's just suggestions and we will leave this matter of organizing in your capable hands. We just would like to suggest listing our Nebula Biodome ® project next to the Subcontracting lists. Just a suggestion and would like to know your opinion about it. In the end, I would like to thank you very much for contacting us about this economical project. We appreciate that you choose to pick us from this very vast universe. Until the next reply, we wish you good fortune.

Have a good day Don Vega.

Good day Sara 冴咲 Tanaka,

Your contribution to this stimulus effort is greatly appreciated and will go a long way towards the success of the endeavour.

In keeping with your suggestions and the extra 1 Billion Credit addition, here's how the revised reward program will look:

Total Incentive Rewards: 2 (TWO) BILLION CREDITS
  • For competitive incentives - the top 3 (THREE) reporting crews for all combined mining, trade/supply, and escort operations would be rewarded with:
    • 1st place: 500M
    • 2nd place: 400M
    • 3rd place: 350M

  • For participatory incentives - 3 (THREE) Reward Draws will take place that will include all reporting crews for all mining, trade/supply, and escort operations:
    • 1st Reward draw: 250M
    • 2nd Reward draw: 250M
    • 3rd Reward draw: 250M

Subcontracting program and the NSE|Nebula BioDome Project would be listed side-by-side for easier access in the announcement.

It is our hope that these incentives will serve the economy well in the short term, boosting activity where it is severely required.

Sincerely,

Greetings Don Vega,
CEO of All Worlds Enterprises & Securities,

I think personally that this is the best way to put it through. That boosting event will do a good change hopefully. I think that these rewards now look better and the participation rewards also look much better. I would like to have bank account information from you, so I can send the 1,000,000,000 credits required for the event's top players' rewards. As you know, the deliveries are paid for instantly by the docking terminal adminstration. I will wait for your reply as soon as possible.

Have a good day Don Vega.

Good day Sara 冴咲 Tanaka,

I'm glad you are in agreement with the new arrangement. The Economic Stimulus Package should hopefully spur some activity where needed due to these incentives, as well as hopefully reinvigorate some trade routes.

The best account to use for the stimulus funding would be this one: AWES-Bank1.

Again, I appreciate your contribution and efforts into the program. We all benefit when trade is strong and robust.

Sincerely,

Greetings Don Vega,
CEO of All Worlds Enterprises & Securities,

I agree with you 100% about the activity boost. This will definitely increase the rate of supply chains and business should roll on smoothly. The transaction of 1,000,000,000 billion credits has been documented at the end of this transmission by a digital receipt. All security measures should be fine, This is a very large amount of money and it scares the bank's employees as you know. I wish you the best of luck monitoring the progress with the boosting trade activity...

Have a good evening Don Vega.
