Greetings to the administrators of Chesterfield Station (Deep Space Engineering).
My name is James Mulligan, former Junker Congressman and scrapper extraordinaire. Recently, I've been hauling Premium Scrap to your station utilizing skills I learned during my lifelong time with the Junkers. However, during these hauls, I've noticed that the station is barren of life with limited assistance from automated systems. We would like to reach out to some Freelancers we know to crew your station and get things back up and running until you're able to bring a replacement crew to man the station. Additionally, we can provide repair materials to get the station back up to 100% operation.
Please let me know if this would work for you. We wouldn't require any funding to do so as the scrap (and mining) trade is fairly lucrative. All we would require is some reimbursement for fuel and travel costs. Beyond that, however, we're good with being paid at cost. The reasoning is your close proximity to the Premium Scrap fields. Your station makes an ideal location for offloading Premium Scrap utilizing my Wrecker or Salvager and shuttling the Premium Scrap to other locations utilizing my heavier Pilgrim Liner. This makes for great profit and ease of transport.
Thanks for reading. If we don't hear anything back in a few days, we will continue as normal and get your station back up to operational status for limited cost.

Greetings to the administrators of Chesterfield Station (Deep Space Engineering). A short update concerning Chesterfield Station.
We have brought a crew of Freelancers and some DSE personnel to the station to get things back up and running. The DSE personnel have been assigned to the sensitive areas of the station while the Freelancers will work on general upkeep in the more public areas. Rest assured, we have not peaked into any of the sensitive areas and your people are in charge of getting them back into ship shape. As far as the Freelancers go, they are utilizing the repair materials that were already on the station to get everything working properly. We'll be shuttling repair materials such as Reinforced Alloy and some additional Premium Scrap to aid in the restoration efforts when needed.
If you have anything to add, please do not hesitate to let us know.
