Bug: The /lstfac is not showing the Kruger faction in the list of factions

The /lstfac should show all the factions in the list so POB administrators can use the faction for docking access.
The Kruger faction is missing and that results in, that all POBs using the IFF of factions for docking access will miss the Kruger faction.

The command was changed since this bug report to /base myfac. It also correctly generates all the faction hashes, but sadly all faction entries do not fit into the chat window, Kruger being one of them. You can still access them by looking into you DSAce.log file located in Documents/My Games/Freelancer/DSAce.log
Perhaps a purge of unused entries is in order but that's a separate issue completely.
