Good day Ladies and Gentlemen,
as of recent activity around our bases we fear any unprovoked attacks might start. Therefore we would like to have a direct confrontation about the current situation and on why our security doesn't allow any vessel closer than 3000 meters from the positions of our precious bases. But first let me introduce myself.
My name is Mr. Cold. I am the current station administrator for Feldberg, Feldbergdef1, Feldbergdef2 and CWW-Shipyard.
As our former stationadministrator Mr.Winter was turning himself in after an unprovoked incident over two other stations within rheinland. He and his crew never returned and the fair court they promised him never took place!
Why am I concerned at the moment. Well our security was set to attack any nearby yet unknown and unregistrated vessel as we feared a second attack on our freedom without any provocations. We apologise for any caused damage to any vessel and would like to have an open conversation on why we choose to build those bases out in rheinland space even though we knew we were going to become a lot of trouble. Why you might ask?
Well we seek to not harm anyone yet bring a great opportunity to anyone who is willing to registrate and make rheinland more attractive to those who seek to stay undercover. Our soul purepose is to find a way to live a life along with any house. Now at this point you might ask yourself but why did we not registrate our bases. Well we tried several times. It seemed to not be in any interest or the officer who denied us was simply not in the mood. Anyways where I want to get with my open conversation is a way to live along side. My suggestion would be a cooperation as our stations might help the rheinland government as much as anyone who passes. Besides those who are not in favor of the government of course and in return we have no fear of any security problems.
We expect your respond and are looking forward to find a promising solution to cooperate.

Guten Tag Station administrators.
The government has looked over the base registry and cannot find a valid lawful license for any of the mentioned installations. The laws of Rheinland are crystal clear; §7.1, No base shall be built without permit from the Government of Rheinland. §7.9.1 Any installation shall be readily open to all Rheinland law enforcement. This applies to each and every installation within the realm. The laws are equal for everyone. The authority of the Government of Rheinland within the space of Rheinland is absolute. As such, we will urge the police and military to dismantle said installation(s)
There may also be further legal actions taken against the CWW-Group for their law violations.

Let me respond to you before we get accused of a false claim. Look at the Page here. Mr Jon.Winterspring our current inprisoned or dead comrade tried to registrate our base. Although paying the asked fee and looking at laws carefully it was rejected by you sir. He did try to clarify that the reason for the denying was nonsense as it would not affect the base.
Second try directly here under the one before was also rejected. Sir you mentioned there another reason which did not relate to the base but to a law which no where seems to be broken by a base. Than my friend Nigel White tried for a third time. It was also rejected.
To proof that we were intending to registrate our base before hand we even paid the fee and tried for a fourth time. We never got our fee back till today. Even though we were rejected.
Each time sir you presented a diffrent reason which highly seemed to be made up as we freelancers are not miners nore would ever seek to mine any of the ore which belongs to DHC. We also clarified several times that we respect the rheinland laws and would follow any of them.
Considering not only the registration but our history with Rheinland sir. I really demand your pations in deep respect to rheinland laws sir.
We do not want war nore was our intent to hurt anyone. Our security is active due to an unprovoked attack by the rheinland military on our Outposts. By this incident 400 of our people were killed. We received zero warning and it seemed like genocide against us. You took into prison our dear friend Mr.Winter to whom you promised a fair court! One might think sir one has no honor by breaking his word?!
We are coexisting not harming anyone far away from anyone. A dismanteling seems to anyone with a neutral stand like ours to be unreasoned harsh. As we are citizens who mind their usual life. Bringing great fortune to rheinland rather than harming anyone. We would if our safety could be guaranteed for the future ensure the §7.9.1 will always meet. We would registrate our bases once again for the asked fee and accept a fine for not having the allowance to build those bases before we builded them.
I provided you with the information on how the situation occured. I hope that rheinland at this point can relate to our situation and hope to have a more friendlier outcome. We don't want a fight nore harm anyone. We just want to coexist like I said.
