i am Oberleutnant Traudel Habermeyer of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr.

I contact you today to inform you about a recent situation in the New Berlin system with an employee of yours. One of your vessels, Caravan-N900FE, was en route to New Berlin Dock 145 and their cargo hold contained commodities restricted in Rheinland space. Article three, section one, clause one of Rheinland law states that certain goods are only to be transported by Rheinland's authorities and organizations registered with the House. Sirian Express Postal is not among those.

In this specific case eleven units (11) of Light Arms and Armaments each. The limit for private use is ten units (10), everything else requires a special permit within our House. As the amount above the legal limit was miniscule in comparison, a formal warning sufficed. One unit (1) of Light Arms and Armaments was confiscated by me, before your vessel was cleared to proceed.
