Admirals,

Current intelligence I have on hand suggests Rheinland is facing an increased amount of challenges in the recent times: an uptick in raiding activity, alien sightings, border friction with Liberty.

An increase in activities threatening the integrity and security of Rheinland require adequate response, I henceforth propose hosting weekly military exercises in space superiority fighters and strike craft: it's going to benefit the uptick of new recruits with little combat experience both our organisations have seen post civil war as well as increase overall cohesion between Military and Intelligence involved in policing our House sovereign space.

your proposal has been deemed sound. The Rheinwehr accepts. Within and without we shall secure Rheinland's interests.

Not only those that flocked to either organisation after the Civil War have to benefit from this, but those that were part of it as well. Maybe more so than the new generation. Wounds heal, but scars remain. There have been recent encounters that lacked a certain degree of tact from one side, we disapprove of this and we do not forget. A united Rheinland has no place for loose elements, agitators and similar. As much as struggle and strife may guarantee a required baseline for spine and strength, there is a place and a time for it. In light of this prospect of increasing cohesion we thus suggest to monitor secondary Intelligence personnel a bit closer, i trust that won't pose any issues.

Distractions are not required now, you assessed the situation correctly. If there is additional personnel that wishes to release pent-up anger they are either to improve on their abilitiy to mask their feelings or bring it to future exercises in a more professional manner. The Buro has and sets a standard, one that should be kept all across the board in terms of Intelligence. Similarly the Rheinwehr will monitor secondary fleet members for comparably lamentable conduct.

I resent any attempt of causing disunity, however, I assure you they're separate cases of stray Agents who have felt slightly more independence that they truly have. You, or your subordinates are welcome to report separate cases to Büro that may have been overlooked. Stray individuals will be reminded that an Agent is, first and foremost, bound by iron discipline - and only henceforth, their outstanding authority.

Those that deviate will be determined, monitored, and reminded of this appropriately.

Expanding on my proposition - the first exercise is intended to be hosted on Saturday or Sunday, with the precise timing being decided on at a later date, or privately should you wish it to be that way. I'm content with either option.

More precise scheduling to be determined once we approach it. Does the Büro already have a preference for any compositions? I propose to either conduct these exercises near the Soltau in Hamburg or the Bayern in Thuringia, away from the usual trade lane traffic. As discussed alongside this matter, my personnel's findings.

Two operatives in particular, one more so than the other, have managed to catch my soldiers' attention. One of them on multiple occasions, you'll find everything you may need attached below. I encourage you to not hesitate pointing out similar behaviour your personnel might encounter. Irrelevant where dissent aimed at Rheinland's unity or reputation stems from - it will be quelled all the same.

Agent Kreutzer's first remark about Cardamine use in public and general conduct stuck out to present Rheinwehr personnel around Freeport 8. They thought it to be nothing more than a single incident, the picture that was painted later does not match this initial assumption.

These... Agents, if I may even call them that are a plight, a spit to the face of our determination to cast aside our differences and arms to stop the bloodshed of our own kin. The names will go down to appropriate department and they'll be hounded before the sun sets on Weimar.

We usually deal with our own ourselves, however, should these persist in their delusions - your officers are more than welcome to cast their own judgement on these cadres.
