To whom it may concern, Hammond here.
Currently employed for Daumann's secondary security and logistics branch. Yesterday i encountered two Military pilots that pointed out some irregularities with my -originally- Daumann Primary branch issued Banshee Heavy Fighter, as there was no registry present currently on my name for such vessel...
There's also another topic I'd like to discuss with this vessel and hence why I'm not just sending the usual registration forms, and that is that I'd like to request permission, from the Oberkommando, to personally handle scheduled maintenance of this vessel under my supervision on The Ring and to address a power output problem that gives sub-par performance on combat, which can be dangerous for my own safety and whoever i may require to escort.
The reason for such request is that it would speed revisions, maintenance and upgrades if it didn't involve the Rheinland Military directly so i can deploy this vessel with better schedules, it is a mere legal formality as The Ring is obviously more than capable of handling that.
So here it goes, first, the registry form:

None in particular, the most likely cargo that i may haul are pods belonging to criminal factions that i will deliver to respective Rheinland Police bases after patrol.

Four Flammenwerfer C1, one Advanced Debilitator Turret Mk. II, one Train Cruise Disruptor, one Cannonball Missile launcher, one Ripper Mine dropper and one Fortress Countermeasure dropper.

the Rheinwehr has received your request and i was instructed to handle the case from here.
I have to inform you that in order to approve any specific maintenance requests you first have to go through the standardized approval steps with the government. There will presumably be no issues in clearing this for a Daumann employee like yourself, yet we cannot continue until that has been taken care of. Main focus will be the 72-ARKM-G3 "Banshee" for the government, the equipment itself is widely available enough.
I look forward to clearing the maintenance request with you afterwards.

Granting you a specific permit to schedule maintenance without the Rheinwehr's immediate involvement in these steps is possible. We need only your acknowledgement and confirmation that you are aware, should your employment contract with Daumann Heavy Constructions end, the maintenance exemption will be revoked again. This is due to the reasoning the government granted the vessel's use in the first place. As Daumann is a reputable and reliable pillar of Rheinland's economy there was no doubt or hesitation in issueing a license.
