To: AWES | From: Trade and Industry Dept., Kingdom of Bretonia - The Kingdom of Bretonia - 02-09-2023 ![]() Message Class: Textual Encryption: Buckingham To: AWES From: Yasmin Kaur, Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, Department for Trade and Industry Respected owners, I hope that all has been well since the first contact between the installation and the Kingdom of Bretonia and that operations have since greatly expanded. As outlined in the first talks that took place, House Bretonia would be highly thankful to the AWES if the race tracks surrounding the installation in the Dublin system would be put once more to use. We therefore propose that, should AWES work towards the safe organization of one racing competition within the Dublin system, or within the Kingdom of Bretonia and its bordering regions, the Trade and Industry Department will cover 50% of the total costs of such a competition. In addition, we also extend an offer to expand such cooperation in the future should this move generate sufficient public reaction and coverage in the Kingdom and abroad. We look forward to hearing back. Yasmin Kaur Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Department for Trade and Industry Kingdom of Bretonia Open for Replies

Good day Yasmin Kaur,
This is incredible news! We are extremely grateful for the Bretonia Government's decision to assist with the promotion of events in Dublin and surrounding systems! I can assure you that our raceway plans were only intended to be on hold as long as necessary to complete the final touches of the base's infrastructure. It is said that you only get one shot at making a great first impression - and we don't intend to go at 75% when we could do 110%! In response to your gesture of support, we have been able to advance our schedule due to an increase in ship deliveries to the base, authorized by new Executive Level directives! All ahead full! Our operating raceway events budget will mostly consist of the prizes to draw in crowds - with the aid of sponsors, some already confirmed and others yet to be approached, we should have a multitude of great draws to get people out to view and participate in the spectacle we produce! We shall have an accounting of the final figures just prior our event announcement for your review and submission to government accountants for reimbursement. Thank you for your consideration and we hope to see you and yours at one of our future events! Sincerely, ![]() Victor Willis Always Welcome Entertainment Services Administrator All Worlds Enterprises & Securities TRANSMISSION END

Good day Yasmin Kaur,
We are happy to report that our racing event was a success! We had a great turn-out and having BAF with BHG in attendence helped keep the area secure. Our expenses by AWES alone were actually quite low as per the accounting on previous message, thanks to great sponsors throughout Sirius! We are considering our next event in Dublin to utilize temporary structures placed on opposing sides of an 'area denial' type wall of platforms - necessitating sound tactics to cross and attack opposing structure, while ensuring defense of the home base. Any input from your area is appreciated, and we intend to confer with BAF to see how such a virtual event might best be implemented to achieve maximum effectiveness in its purpose for training as well as entertainment. We thank you again for your support and look forward to continuing our work bringing activity to Dublin beyond shooting rocks! RE: To: AWES | From: Trade and Industry Dept., Kingdom of Bretonia - The Kingdom of Bretonia - 03-19-2023 ![]() Message Class: Textual Encryption: Buckingham To: AWES From: Yasmin Kaur, Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, Department for Trade and Industry Representatives, I want to thank you again for the staggering work done -- it has helped greatly so far in improving the image of the Kingdom's in Sirius' eyes. It is, as such, only natural that I announce that we will continue to partner with AWES in such future events regardless of their nature, as we highly value maintaining good relations with your organizations. To also reach the matter at hand, I will provide the "green light" to the transfer of funds to AWES as mentioned in the original transmission once a re-confirmation of the needed credits is provided. I hope that this is not of any concern nor troublesome for your group to see to its completion. Thank you once more for all that has been done to assist us! Good day Yasmin Kaur,
Of course, it's no problem to re-send the details of the event financials. As you'll see in the opening statements, AWES costs were roughly 340M credits for all items associated with the event, as well as our own donation to the event rewards. The amounts of 50% of our costs would come out to 170M credits - which can be payable to AWES-Bank1 at your office's convenience. Thank you again for your support in our endeavors - we look forward to the next event in Dublin and the expected excitement it will bring!
