BASIC INFORMATION:

> Place, and date of Birth: Planet Hamburg, Stadt Zeven, 15ter April 782 A.S.
> Qualifications: High School (800), graduate of the Zevener Polizeiakademie (804), 10 years of service as Wachmeister, 16 years of service as Kommissar, Großraum Zeven. Passed the basic and intermediary level spaceship pilot training on Altona (829).
> Appearance: A sturdy, wide built and slightly overweight man. Around 1.86m tall, balding.
> Short Biography:

Helmut Meyer was born in Zeven, an outskirt city on Planet Hamburg featuring a few corporate production plants focused on the construction of defensive weaponry for merchant vessels. The rising unemployment around 800 A.S. led him to abandon his hopes of signing up in the management level with one of the heavy industries and instead pressured him to pursue a career in the Police instead. He witnessed his home area falling into despair and crime rising around him, causing him to choose staying over progressing in his career for many years. By 826 A.S., the situation around Zeven stabilised and Helmut received the advice of his superiors to continue his work elsewhere, preferably in space.

As his superiors said: "Our spaceforces are lacking in manpower, every day, since years. They could use an upstanding man with values such as you." Whilst not entirely convinced that this is the right path for him, Helmut decided to try and transfer over to the RPD and continue his work as Kommissar in space.
