To whom it may concern,

Yesterday, during our joint exercises with the Fifth Fleet in Cortez, we spotted a Bretonian battlegroup orbiting Planet Curacao. It consisted out of several capital ships, including an "Overlord"-class Dreadnought, the Incomparable. Visual confirmation could be found in the attachments. It doesn't appear to be on the list of approved surplus licenses, nor is there any record of it that I have access to. I would like to know if Bretonians received that ship on your authority.

If not, then I'm glad to report that our western neighbors got a hold of a significant piece of Libertonian technology without our permission or informing us about it beforehand.

In service to the Republic.

Captain;

Good morning. A preliminary sweep of tech exchanges and the Lend Lease does not include any Overlords. Wherever Bretonia acquired the hull, be it salvage or otherwise, it was not obtained through recognized methods. For the moment Liberty forces are not to act on sightings of the vessel unless Bretonia fails to return the ship to Liberty. I expect our heads of state will be writing them a strongly-worded letter as I speak.

Thank you for your report, as well as your continued service to Liberty and her people.

In service to the Republic.
