My name is Adele Lechner, Minister of internal Affairs. I am sending you this message to inform you about a recent policy change within Rheinland space.

After the Civil war, Rheinland adopted a "Rheinland First" policy. However through the Holstein accord we left the system of Thuringia open for foreign business in order to promote free trade. Thuringia has historically been a closed system for national security reasons. We did, in error, assume that clearly stating where one was restricted from flying would preserve Rheinlands national security interests, while also providing provisions for free trade.

We were wrong.

We have been seeing repeated breaches of restricted areas, thus threatening National security. Whilst The government of Rheinland is eager to promote inter-house trade, we will no longer stand for this wanton disregard for our previous generosity. Henceforth, the system of Thuringia will be closed down to all un-welcomed and foreign actors. There will be no leniency. Breaching the restrictions will trigger harsh punishments.

The restriction is in effect immediately.
