You don't know me or my people particularly well, we aren't involved in Rheinland very much, but that will soon change.

You have most certainly heard of The Outcasts though.

I've been looking at your corporation for a while now.

Your people, your staff are of a skilled nature that I could find useful.

I wish to do dealings with yourselves, of a professional nature. But, for both of our sakes, extreme caution will be adhered to, with no trace back to either of us from the other.

Why would you deal with me? Tax free credits again, of an untraceable nature as well as other benefits, senor. We also don't like Corsairs, in case you didn't know. We shoot those tiny pests for fun. Maybe a little home clearance if you have had the discomfort of dealing with them.

One of your units who first addressed himself as "just a driver" tried to offer me credits upon an encounter with him. I respectfully declined, we are generally above such pettiness. We do not fight for scraps like the Corsairs.

Regardless, it does mean that we are clearly miss-represented in your space, again something I need to address.

I must say, it is not often someone of your kind contact us. I do not quite understand why you see a need to contact us, and i am not especially excited to be associated with your kind. No offense, but the outcasts does not have the best of reputation in Rheinland, nor anywhere else for that matter.

If you suggest i transport your orange stuff, i myself and my organization is not interested in the slightest. We have no benefit from this stuff, and we will not bring it into Rheinland.

I'd need you to clarify these "benefits" you also mentioned. Getting into controversies is not in our benefit. So it would have to be very very beneficial.

Now, business is business, and i have a special fondness of money. So if you have something else for me, i am listening.

But the orange stuff, Cardamine i think it was called, we are not interested.

Not everything we do surrounds Cardimine, senor.

Like I initially said, we aren’t represented well around Rheinland. I take no offence as you have little to go by, and therefore have not the full picture.

Believe me, the negativity goes both ways when it comes to our factions mixing which is why the level of encryption is impossible to break.

Benefits? Name any individuals or groups who present you with issues & I’ll see to it that their interference is lessened, or at least a polite conversation with them. Our diplomacy looks a little different than what you are used to.

The back-stabbery within house corporations does not exist in my world. We honour our words with actions or wind up dead- no playing games, senor.

Now, I’m offering a hand of positivity, nothing negative I assure you. If you wish this conversation goes no further then I won’t take any hostility toward it. Just say so and it ends here. If you agree to take on the contract and there is an extended delay, I’ll understand- but I’d ask that you keep me informed as and when you can. This is not unreasonable is it? Senor Reber,

I'll be as direct as I can.

I have taken the countermeasure in encrypting this comm link to the same level as which it's coming to you, impossible to hack or be seen. This is due to two issues, One; it's severely lacking and Two; there is a force in Rheinland of which I've just become aware of. They sit above the Military. All of our prior communications no longer exist just as this transmission and your response once I receive it.

Anyway. I've been watching your stations for some time now, just over a month and in that time there are in total, 27 transport ships which have not moved once docked across your installations within Reinland, Liberty and non house space. Your staff or.. Fleet are using much newer vessels. Understandably, these assets are a cost to keep sitting there "protected" and I could make much greater use of them.

In total, over a decade old there are Six Heavy Tanker vessels, all exactly the same bar a few battle scars I wish to relieve you of.

How you "notice" and "report" their absence after our hopeful transaction is up to you, just don't blame the Outcasts.

You win from the insurance, no longer have an additional cost and you get paid their new value at commission from me in the form of a direct transfer OR Sirius Credit Cards to the value of our transaction.

I have also taken steps to ensure that the departure of these vessels will be met with no resistance as the crew I've assembled will pilot these vessels and before departure, engage devices which will mask all transponders.

The following six from Briesen Station:

These six are deemed fully operational from scans and are the reason I've selected them.

Also, they are of a Civilian class of transport which will arouse no direct link of suspicion toward yourselves- Beneficial for both of us.

Why don't I just steal them? Well, I have further business to offer afterwards and although not as massive as this one, will always see your pockets lined with credits for zero risk, stealing them would offer us no future business.

Well Herr Chenzo, you are indeed right that we have a few old beaters around. Most of the listed ships has issues with reactor efficiency or some minor pressure leaks, and has thus been mothballed. But this should require but minor repairs. As for Briesen station; The cloud does indeed obscure a lot of sensors. It is very easy to lose a few ships within said system.

Now then, these are very expensive ships. So of course, I take it you know what to do.

The ships are indeed on Briesen, now then, i presume there will be a ship that we do not normally permit to land, heading our direction. Please provide its callsign so we can add it to the list.

Your swift response is appreciated, I'm glad we are able to see eye to eye.

I promised you digression and zero ties, it's exactly what you get. No Outcast traceable activity will see Rheinland space for this transaction of funds or removal of vessels.

I'll make this nice and simple.

What I need from you;

First and foremost, how would you like to receive payment? I will ensure these funds reach you in the form of untraceable Sirius Credit Cards or via a direct wire to the transponder you advise of. This will be completed shortly after we have collected the transports. I make the value of this transaction to be… 1,113,600,672 Sirius Credits?

Please do not change your shift patterns over the coming weeks.

The only other thing you’ll need to be aware of is some minor damage that’ll occur to a couple of the entry points & of course the mooring fixtures associated with the vessels to be removed, all easily fixed by your staff with but a couple of hours, I’ve seen how readily capable they are and this does indeed need to look like a robbery, albeit much more advanced than anything the corsairs could muster.

Given our masked transponders, we’ll make short work of removal.

Address any concerns you have, raise them and we shall address them.

Hmm, i do not think we need to involve explosives. It's a bit problematic to damage the station. And it would definitively cause a much larger investigation later on. Remember there is a police station in the system.

I do not remember the last time those mooring fixtures was maintained. It's likely they need dire maintenance given how long those ships been permanently moored there. They might not even be able to hold back a ship firing their main engine. *he smirks, cheekily*

As for your suggested compensation. It seems adequate.

I happen to know a junker, his name is Heinrich, he used to hang out at the bar of The Ring..... He flies a ship named "Das.Collector". He owes me a favor, he'll handle the compensation.

No explosives, understood. I'll make my contact Junker has all the kit to remove the ships from their mooring points with as little damage as possible. The EMP should be enough for us to gain access. I merely wanted to use the physical persuasion to make the "robbery" seem more authentic.
