All available tactical forces:
0924 SST - Operations within the Kingdom of Bretonia have been approved by SIREN. Effective immediately, all non-essential SECFOR elements operating in the LIBCENTCOM AOR are instructed to perform playbook maneuvers SBT 5 through 14, and ESG 6, 9, and 11.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CIVILIANS TO BE TARGETTED. Any civilians engaging SECFOR assets in hostilities are considered operational targets and can be engaged.
The operation, henceforth known as ENCORE, will continue until stated otherwise. SECFOR assets will be briefed on their objectives individually.
