I am Ammirall Tal-Flotta - Xavier Spiteri of the Neo Cardamine Brotherhood.
I would like to negotiate the use of our Mercenary Naval Fleet in coordination with your superior Starfleet that we have heard so much about.
We would like to offer the services of our Mercenary Fleet, if it is needed, to help your cause within the Omicrons. Now obviously our main priority is to start shipping Cardamine, of which we have had some success in delivering into the Kusari Region.
There will be more deliveries to other regions and hopefully this will continue to be a success.
Our main Mercenary Fleet consists of Ranseurs and also Stortas, and we also have a special escort cell which have the code name HEX. These individuals are all bomber pilots and highly experienced at fleet battle tactics when escorting the larger vessels, also we do have some fighters who protect the bombers while they are engaging enemies.
I am hoping that our organisations can cooperate with each other in various ways and make a very secure bond. I would like your comments on this proposal and I will await your answer.

If you do not stray from these, and prove useful to the benefit of all of Maltese society, this shall continue to advance our Orange Dream across Sirius. Keep your head low in regard to the Sirians and Gallics. Their time to fall is to come and Cardamine brings it underway, but it is not arrived yet.
