Reason(s) for Construction:
Dedicated off-site manufacturing facilities were demanded, and as a safeguard against espionage by competing business interests (e.g. MFE) without spreading the Syracuse security grid too thin, had to be kept relatively distant from anything important. The distance from the Lanes adds a measure of security, as no criminal type would be likely to venture in that general direction.

So long as your station continues to follow the guidelines as discussed here, your base will remain legal, unless given cause otherwise. You will be required to pay another 500.000.000 credits come 831-04-01, and every year following.

But for now, official approval is pending as we cannot confirm your association with Cryer Pharmaceuticals. Perhaps you should get that in order.
