Bonjour. It would appear your installation is in a zone of great interest to the Security Bureau, the military research and intelligence section of the Gallic Navy Combined Fleet. I don't have to tell you that Gallia is very interested in our former and future system's destructive anomalies that appeared after our Jump Gate structures collapsed last time around.
I couldn't help but notice that your installation does not allow docking to our vessels however, I would ask and advise you to allow docking to [GN]SB- vessels so we may cooperate, share research, and you don't stand in the way of a powerful House next door!
