Thank you for getting back to me.

I have sought your attention as I wish to conduct operations within Rheinland space, more specifically throughyour space and wish to do so unhindered. The intension is to display a competency of tolerance to one another, meaning all Rheinland personnel and of course myself. Over time, this could develop to be something better, however I prefer to error on the side of caution for now, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

I have zero interest in the taxation, ransom or extorsion like petty desperate Corsairs.

You say you had no knowledge of me prior, this is good, but of course shows there are holes in defences which I could assist in thickening. I've spent quite some time in Rheinland without detection, it would seem.

I operate on an honour, I hold my word to the line. Anything we agree I’d sooner die than break.

Why would you entertain this? We have common enemy’s which we have vastly more experience in downing than your units have, no disrespect meant. Or perhaps you have other things in mind in which we can be of mutual benefit?

You can ask for anything, nothing is out of the question. I would much rather go down the path of tolerance than see such an efficient modal of house space such as Rheinland continue to be subject of our guns, and our units the same with yours. It’s such a waste, especially when we have common enemy's our guns could be locked on to instead.
