The smuggling situation in Liberty is entirely out of control. It seems everyone forgot that there is even any threat of consequences to them if they engage in open law-breaking. I could blame the inactivity of the LPI and conventional Fleets, but I would be just deceiving myself. I am responsible for these failures. This is good news for you, as I am willing to pay the price to help restore Law enforcement and my own reputation and punish those that "got away".


I will personally DOUBLE (i.e. pay an additional 50,000,000 bonus per every target) the reward for taking down the perpetrators that fled from us and ignored our notices to your members. Please keep this deal with your organizations highly confidential. We want your services but we would not like to discourage other mercenaries.
