[FLHook] Bluebird/Furnace Thrusters do not drop - Exterminator - 05-11-2023

Bug: Bluebird and Furnace Thrusters do not drop.

Usually I wouldn't be posting this because bad luck streaks happen, but in this case it is impossible to have such a bad luck. Me and several other players kept trying to farm these thrusters in Shikoku and none would drop. And we kept trying and trying just to get ONE drop.
One player was farming for two days, each day for 3 hours if not more. Nothing.
I joined him for next 3 days too, and we spent over 2 hours farming each day. He was farming even more than me while I was at work during the day.
Several other players also reported having no luck at all with the drops lately.
So we're getting convinced that something has removed these special thrusters from dropping, likely FL Hook.
The only thrusters that dropped were normal Thrusters that any common NPC drops.

They were set at a drop rate of 0.2% each, or one thruster of either type every 500 bomber kills. With bad enough luck you may find yourself farming for a lot of hours without getting a single one.
I've bumped it up to 2% to get a thruster (1% for each type).
