Subject:Omega Battle, Reciprocal trade access

Guten Tag.

Resolve
First of all, I would like to express our apologies for the late arrival after one of your officers called for assistance in the Corsair Fleet Omega-3 Incident. Even side by side we couldn't stand up to the unexpected Corsair hordes we have been keeping busy up until now elsewhere. It is clear now more than ever our forces must unite to protect the Omega regions from the criminals that plague them.

An Oversight
For some time now, your trade vessels the BAF|MN- have enjoyed access to Rheinland as per our request to our government.
Quote:§4.4.1. Following organizations are considered as foreign police, military and intelligence agency:

Bretonia Armed Forces, except BAF|MN-

The Rheinland Military Handelsmarine (Merchant Navy) agreed to support the Kingdom of Bretonia with supplies and materials from Rheinland. In return, it was meant to receive permission to enter the Kingdom's systems - I believe this was agreed with Großadmiral Karl-Heinz von Thielau and is why your vessels were granted access. We ask for this small oversight to be dealt with, reciprocity restored, and for the Bretonian Laws to include the Handelsmarine ([RM]H-) vessels being granted access to the Kingdom of Bretonia - unless our legal team has missed this approval in your laws (please point it out in that case, or difference of process from our legal code that would already allow said access)

I know there have been some questions as to one article of the Omegas Security Agreement only our Großadmiral that will return from leave in a month's time can answer, but we ask for this reciprocal amendment so your Merchant Marine's legal access to Rheinland can remain for the time being.

Respected representatives,

The Kingdom of Bretonia has ratified the agreement over the Omegas in full several days after Mr. Thielau's signature. We have not restricted entry nor do we wish to restrict the entry of Rheinland Military transports acting in accordance with the treaty into Bretonia. Please refer to the Treaty Database located on our government public office files for further details of the agreement.

Guten Tag.

Das ist ausgezeichnet!

Your legal system does work slightly differently, thank you for pointing me the right way. The Handelsmarine will try to explore the opportunities of mutual cooperation shortly!
