Respectful Greetings to you Sir,
I would like to set up a meeting between our Engineering staffs to discuss the technical
details and route planning of your impending base movement from Leeds to the California system.
My scanning shuttle crew has taken preliminary gravimetric and densities readings of the systems making up the logically best route of movement, and we have a great deal of data to preview and a myriad of details to consider.
I am available to meet your staff at Newark Station at your convenience.
