0718 SST - All agents are to stand down and not participate in Operation Pesticide. Continue standard patrol and security procedures, but be prepared to contain any problems that arise from the aftermath of the operation.

Medical and logistics teams will be organized over the next 36 hours. Await further instruction regarding Operation Pesticide.
