Report: Execution of Vincent Abrams
The promised summary report.
Section 8 Wrote:Vincent Abrams was an independent scientist specializing in xeno research.
He was first encountered by a Section 8 recon ship in the Kepler system on 02.08.828 A.S. According to his own statements, he had ventured inside the Dyson Sphere in the Omicron Major system and succeeded in collecting physical samples of its constituent materials. He soon focused his research on the gravitational anomalies within the Kepler system - primarily the Prophet anomaly. While Section 8 made attempts to establish collaboration with Abrams, he was soon found working together with the Technocracy of Auxesia - specifically Keeper Revenant.
Despite Abrams' cooperation with the enemy, his apparent expertise regarding the Kepler anomalies and sudden sightings of both Nomad as well as what would later be designated Sentinel warforms led Section 8 to tolerate the continuation of his efforts. However, close observation of Abrams and the Technocracy revealed that Revenant's influence over him was growing too great. Section 8 ordered a precision strike against Revenant (carried out by elements of Recon Unit Vigil) in an effort to take them out of the equation and weaken Abrams' ties to the Auxesians. While they were temporarily incapacitated, the strike failed to terminate them for good. Abrams' and Revenant's cooperation continued.
Further observation revealed that Abrams appeared to have some form of effect on the Kepler anomalies. The Prophet anomaly proved to be a worm hole similar in nature to common jump holes, which, however, seemed to only react to Abrams' presence. It was through this worm hole that the so-called Sentinels had entered Kepler and surrounding systems.
On 28.11.828 A.S., Overwatch successfully extracted Abrams from Liberty and its border systems, transferring him to Akabat for a collaborative project. As far as Section 8 was informed, nothing came of this, and Abrams returned to continue his work on the Kepler anomalies.
Section 8 was contacted by confidential informants who provided evidence suggesting that both Abrams and Revenant were, in fact, acting under the influence of a greater Nomad in an effort to release the Sentinels en masse and cause mayhem on an incalculable scale across Sirius [see attachments]. Further evidence provided by other trusted sources and gathered by Section 8 itself corroborated a connection between Abrams, Revenant, and the Nomads.
Deeming it too great a risk to permit Abrams to continue his investigations into the Kepler anomalies given his now exposed allegiances and goals, Section 8 was forced to terminate him. To this end, a strike was ordered and executed on 10.02.829 A.S. by elements of Recon Unit Vigil, the Xeno Alliance, and Section 8 [see attachments]. Abrams was caught alone in the Hudson system and his ship destroyed. No escape pod or other evidence of his survival was found and Abrams was deemed successfully terminated.
Following, the situation around Kepler quieted down. No further Sentinel incursions were reported and activity around the Prophet and other anomalies diminished. Terminating Abrams was determined a success.
On 28.11.829 A.S., a Section 8 operative encountered the mercenary Caliban in the Kepler system. Our operative was engaged in combat and shot down by this individual [see attachments]. Inquiries made with the Xeno Alliance revealed that Caliban is none other than Vincent Abrams [see attachments]. The unsuccessful attempt on his life appears to have significantly altered his mental state, resulting in intense aggression against both the Technocracy of Auxesia - Keeper Revenant in particular - and the Order - Section 8 in particular. Fortunately, the Xeno Alliance was able to negotiate a truce between Caliban / Abrams and Section 8, however, non-violent disruptive efforts by Caliban / Abrams continue unabated.
It is likely that Caliban / Abrams is still under Nomad influence and may even be infected.
End of report.
We hope this satisfies Overwatch's curiosity and are expecting the communications between your agent and Caliban to be shared in kind in the coming days.
In service to humanity,
Odysseus

[28.11.2022 16:19:51] Caliban: You just did. But I'm having conflicting thoughts about you.
[28.11.2022 16:20:07] "Solemn"|S8: Nothing unusual about that.
[28.11.2022 16:20:20] "Solemn"|S8: Planning on being trouble?
[28.11.2022 16:20:58] Caliban: I'm thinking about that. There's a nagging thought in the back of my mind that won't stop shutting up.
[28.11.2022 16:21:49] "Solemn"|S8: I suggest you gag that thought.
[28.11.2022 16:22:04] Caliban: I've been trying for a long time.
[28.11.2022 16:22:36] "Solemn"|S8: Consider therapy.
[28.11.2022 16:22:42] Caliban: Soon.
[28.11.2022 16:23:45] "Solemn"|S8: Nice ship.
[28.11.2022 16:24:07] Caliban: Not an uncommon remark.
[28.11.2022 16:24:19] "Solemn"|S8: Seen better days though.
[28.11.2022 16:25:07] Caliban: It will see one glorious day.
[28.11.2022 16:25:17] "Solemn"|S8: Just the one?
[28.11.2022 16:25:21] Caliban: Perhaps its last. But I'm looking forward to it.
[28.11.2022 16:26:14] Caliban: Just the one. Its burdens laid bare.
[28.11.2022 16:26:30] "Solemn"|S8: Hm. Right.
[28.11.2022 16:27:07] Caliban: Well, cards on the table. What made you come back here?
[28.11.2022 16:27:35] "Solemn"|S8: What's that supposed to mean?
[28.11.2022 16:27:40] Caliban: Answer the question.
[28.11.2022 16:27:51] "Solemn"|S8: Should I know you?
[28.11.2022 16:27:57] Caliban: You will.
[28.11.2022 16:28:20] "Solemn"|S8: I don't think I'll like you.
[28.11.2022 16:28:35] Caliban: Nobody does.
[28.11.2022 16:29:00] Caliban: Neither you or the Auxo does.
[28.11.2022 16:29:18] Caliban: But you've met before. You've met them.
[28.11.2022 16:29:25] "Solemn"|S8: Met whom?
[28.11.2022 16:29:38] Caliban: Back to the question. What brought you back?
[28.11.2022 16:29:54] "Solemn"|S8: What do you mean by 'back'?
[28.11.2022 16:30:00] Caliban: You were away. In the Taus.
[28.11.2022 16:30:18] Caliban: Left this dry place to rot as it deserves. Now you're back. What changed?
[28.11.2022 16:30:25] "Solemn"|S8: I have no idea what you're talking about.
[28.11.2022 16:30:45] Caliban: You will answer the fucking question. Or I'm sending you by force into one of the Ames' hangars.
[28.11.2022 16:31:06] "Solemn"|S8: You're threatening me? In the NFZ of all places?
[28.11.2022 16:31:22] Caliban: The NFZ hasn't been a thing since quite some time.
[28.11.2022 16:31:33] "Solemn"|S8: The Zoners here will disagree.
[28.11.2022 16:31:51] Caliban: They can disagree all they want.
[28.11.2022 16:32:26] Caliban: Make your choice. What changed? What made you come back here?
[28.11.2022 16:32:55] "Solemn"|S8: I still don't know what you're on about. And I'm not answering questions from a stranger threatening me.
[28.11.2022 16:33:09] Caliban: I spend a nice evening here. The Auxo come barging here. Then you.
[28.11.2022 16:33:37] Bluefin: Yo.
[28.11.2022 16:33:52] Caliban: I can tell you a little bit about myself. But then you're definitely going to bash into the Hangar.
[28.11.2022 16:33:52] "Solemn"|S8: Golden Chrysanthemum...?
[28.11.2022 16:34:04] Bluefin: Not quite. But I'll take it.
[28.11.2022 16:34:38] "Solemn"|S8: If you're going to be trouble, Caliban, be trouble.
[28.11.2022 16:35:15] Bluefin: Am I uh, interrupting something?
[28.11.2022 16:35:22] "Solemn"|S8: Depends on this one.
[28.11.2022 16:35:28] Caliban: Next time you commit murder, make sure you kill the fucking target.
[28.11.2022 16:35:32] Caliban: Arming weapons.
[28.11.2022 16:35:50] Bluefin: Right, I see. Well, enjoy yourselves.
[28.11.2022 16:37:39] Caliban: YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU FUCKING DESERVE.
[28.11.2022 16:43:24] Death: "Solemn"|S8 was put out of action by Caliban (Gun).
[29.11.2022 17:16:06] "Emissary"|S8: Commander, do you think it might be possible that Vincent Abrams survived?
[29.11.2022 17:16:13] XA-Cobra: Yes.
[29.11.2022 17:16:18] "Emissary"|S8: Yes?
[29.11.2022 17:16:20] XA-Cobra: Yes.
[29.11.2022 17:16:31] "Emissary"|S8: How sure of a yes is that?
[29.11.2022 17:16:36] XA-Cobra: [...]
[29.11.2022 17:17:03] "Emissary"|S8: Commander, if there's something you know that we don't...
[29.11.2022 17:17:28] XA-Cobra: I think Hawkins operated under the logic that if she sent operatives of her own, that things would go smoother.
[29.11.2022 17:17:32] XA-Cobra: No, things just got sloppy instead.
[29.11.2022 17:17:40] XA-Cobra: Vincent struck himself with one of his own wardogs.
[29.11.2022 17:17:49] XA-Cobra: I was never able to tell if a pod ejected after that flat spin.
[29.11.2022 17:19:05] XA-Cobra: Before my more naive compatriots tried to kill me, when that mutiny of four people kicked off.
[29.11.2022 17:19:17] XA-Cobra: One of them mentioned that they heard I tried to kill Vincent /from/ Vincent.
[29.11.2022 17:20:22] "Emissary"|S8: So you're saying he may very well be alive and kicking.
[29.11.2022 17:20:29] XA-Cobra: It's possible.

First of all, I would like to formally thank you for sending us something to work with. I had to temporarily take mandated R&R at last and deal with personal matters. I am beginning to review your files, on top of Wedjat already having its greatest spooks into processing it as I speak right now. Wedjat as an institution is something I inherited from my predecessor and I continued to cultivate it in form as it was devised from the very beginning. Rather than lay the blame on someone not here, I would like to take full responsibility for any hostilities and slights you may have suffered from Wedjat. Admiral Solandros already had diffused the situation which he has my thanks for.
That saying I do not require you two officers to like each other. I’ve worked under verbally abusive bastards myself, and I do not expect everyone working with or under me to like me as a person. That in no way compromised my duty to my superior officer in my pre-HC days, no matter how unlikeable they may be. If you believe such tensions may however impact efficiency of your mission, this is when you call towards a higher instance. All I ask is that any pent up frustration is released on our enemies, or handled in the form of training. Hell, you can see each other in the ring if you can keep each other from sustaining any injuries that may get in the way of your duties.
As for the incident of the ‘hyperspace anomalies’, please understand that the way The Order Overwatch operates in a way to maximise chances of survival for the maximum number of people in an environment as dangerous as the Omicron sector. Fighters are expendable, capital ships that carry them are not. Diving into unstable jumpholes is very much within the modus operandi of our fighter corps. Dying on a daring recon mission or taking a hit for a carrier is expected behaviour where alternative would be losing the very station or ship our pilots set foot on after each sortie. That’s all for the justification behind the actions of my operatives. Merely different operating procedures for different theatres of war, I presume.
I cannot help but notice that one of your reports is heavily redacted. I believe this is the correct way to do it, considering the very… diverse list of recipients, Caliban of all people is on the list as well. I would like you to submit an Order Eyes Only version, as soon as humanly possible. It is paramount, Odysseus.
The Greater Nomad
While I am inbound to Akabat to discuss matters with Admiral Solandros, as well as leaders of Section 1, 2 and 3, I would like for starters to illuminate an affair which - as it seems - is beyond knowledge and experience of S8 section as a matter of goodwill. The Greater Nomad brought up is unmistakably Keeper Harbinger, the “first” Marduk-class Nomad warform. With original warforms of this type being disabled and/or destroyed during the course of 801 AS Nomad War, or in its immediate mop up operations, until the appearance of the ‘Harbinger’ The Order had maintained vigilance rather than engage in open warfare as we are accustomed to now. There was simply nothing to fight: Core was not yet a factor, Nomads were as defeated as in 801. Keepers are the beginning of renewed and most importantly organised Nomad aggression against humankind, approximately 814 AS.
‘Keepers’ is a name we branded this ‘new generation’ of Nomads. Warforms were very much what we had encountered in Nomad War, with exception of adapting equivalence of shields, making them more competitive threats. Heavy fighters were soon deployed… eventually leading up to the point we are in now. Keepers spurred massive build up and consolidation of the Black Fleet - the entity under direct command of what was later rebranded as Overwatch. To say I have familiarity with Harbinger is understatement. This Keeper possesses reach, powers and influence to not just intervene but straight up invade thoughts and dreams of those who had the dubious pleasure to spend too much time in its dreadful presence regardless friend or foe. Typically, Harbinger took a very personal form chosen for each victim individually. For example sharply dressed entities drawing from occult lore of Old Earth, or long dead relatives. If you will, I would rather not disclose chemical compounds, semi-classified protocols and psychotropics used to remove or shield Harbinger’s from the minds of our operatives, myself included. We have not combatted Harbinger or other Keeper entities directly for many years, making the ‘mind-numbs’ much less of a necessity these days. Consider it a most dire warning, from an Order veteran of close to 15 years. I have personal vendetta against this warship for killing my world.

Re: Report
Grand Admiral Golanski,
The personal temperaments of and relationships between members of Overwatch are none of our concern. What is of our concern is a productive partnership between Overwatch and Section 8. To this end, we expect a certain level of inter-organizational courtesy to be maintained, particularly throughout formal communications such as these. Fortunately, both you and Admiral Solandros have rectified the mistakes made by Inquisitor Machiavelli in this regard. Section 8 hopes future interactions between our cells will continue this course.
As for the conduct of your operatives in the field, there is indeed an apparent difference in our cells' modes of operation. Where you consider fighters and the lives of their pilots to be expendable, we do not. Our manpower and resources are simply too limited and therefore too valuable. Nevertheless, the Overwatch's modus operandi will not be questioned as far as it does not interfere with our own.
Section 8 is aware of Harbinger and his nature. Your warning is nevertheless appreciated,
As for an uncensored version of the data regarding Vincent Abrams' association with Harbinger being forwarded to Overwatch - I am afraid that is not currently possible.
In service to humanity,
Odysseus

Data Validation & DNA Scan
As I carefully examine this matter, it becomes increasingly evident that your initial oversight of our established protocols called for a more targeted response that aimed to address, and resolve the issue at hand. To this day, I am rather shocked at the manner in which you openly discredited our esteemed Commodore in open space, who, regrettably, recently passed away in combat. And yet, in the face of the questioning that's now happening, you persist in continually engaging in a discourse jammed with provocation, working under the delusion that such rhetoric will lead to advantageous outcomes.
If you continue on this path with that attitude, understand that there may be consequences that you'll need to handle. In the meantime, I would recommend that you demonstrate respect to the advices of those who have safeguarded the Order's integrity for nearly two decades. I trust you are well-acquainted with the identity, and significance of Wedjat. A handful of your endeavors have caught my attention, and I shall bring them to your notice, while it is apparent that I must enlighten you concerning certain unorthodox actions that have landed you in this fairly distasteful situation.
It is my duty to bring to your remembrance your past actions, which could have resulted in the untimely demise of seemingly innocent individuals, in the absence of a proper and comprehensive examination conducted by your operatives. Consider this a telling hint that exposes your evident ambitions to eradicate targets, despite the scarcity of substantiated evidence that would provide a legitimate basis for your intentions. The materials you have so brought forth stand in clear defiance of my initial words, wherein I plainly declared that materials drenched in excessive encryption shall not be considered fully legitimate. Let me, once more stress the character of transmitting uncensored evidence to fortify the authenticity of your activities. Timestamps included.
It perplexes me to entertain the notion that you have deemed the identification of the questionable redacted subject with whom your associated impossible, as your own men conversed with the subject to uncover this 'invincible feat.' Discretion suggests that such an undertaking is, in fact, entirely feasible. I carry suspicion that you conveniently forgot the individual's identity, whom you redacted while acquiring vast amounts of data, providing you with a convenient pretext to execute someone outside the Omicrons. As one of our last attempts, we request that you provide clarity regarding the details of this matter, including the identity of the redacted subject who appears to have been intentionally neglected. Are there any details or information that you have chosen not to disclose at this time? Your inclination for secrecy not only compounds the justification for these type of reactions but also lays the groundwork for potential concrete measures that may be taken that wouldn't favor you. Capiche?
Let me bring to your attention yet another matter. The subject whom you sought to execute remains clean of infection. Led by our operatives of the Wedjat division, the subject underwent rigorous testing, giving clear negative results. I presume you are also well-informed of the subject's presence at Akabat some times ago, during our "operations," so to say. Neither was there any direct evidence of contamination, nor any valid rationale to orchestrate his execution. Auxesia, with their self-imposed connection with the Vagrants, daringly attempted similar maneuvers. But I must inquire. Do you find yourself walking in their very footsteps? Our most recent examination has been carried out with a success, meaning no contamination was identified (Result: Negative). I also find myself pondering why an equivalent inquiry was not correctly executed or why, perchance, you neglected to request forward such an undertaking from the Order Overwatch. Countless more fruitful ideas were available for exploration, which regrettably you chose to disregard, leaving us with no recourse but to conduct appropriate measures on our own, especially in these unfavorable circumstances. We're eager to know the truth.

Inqusitor Machiavelli,
We are disappointed to discover that none of your superiors' charm appears to have rubbed off on you.
Section 8 will not entertain any further vague accusations or thinly veiled threats from you, nor will Section 8 disclose any further classified data. You may keep your opinions, speculations, and conjecture regarding Section 8 and its operations to yourself.

Odysseus. You had requested precise logs of communications that took place between an Overwatch operative. Which I would not see normally as problematic for cells that exchange information freely between each other and the Overwatch. The Order Overwatch after all maintains not only an open arms policy but also the only Order-wide communication centre and archive for flight reports open for any and all operatives, regardless of rank or cell. We had let you run things in Kepler independently for over a year with trust that you had it in you to not disappoint your comrades. This is a sign of trust I’ve put in you, regardless of the few incidents that pitted our agents verbally against one another.
While you in your own words demand for and I quote “expect a certain level of inter-organizational courtesy to be maintained, particularly throughout formal communications such as these” which I certainly relate to, especially in terms of exchanging critical information in regards but not limited to: matters as important as death warrants, and evidence backing the irrevocable decisions your Command had made. If it was an act of self defence, or just another casualty suffered in the course of a war where you don't know the time or the bullet that has one’s name on it. Instead, it was a pre-planned, premeditated assassination.
Redacted report you provided is inadmissible and speaks against both of our professionalism as agents. Lacking something as basic as names: We are not able to check the integrity of the person you sourced your information from, nor verify claims this ‘person’ shared with you. In the best of situations, you had committed murder on account of a person of dubious state of mind. After all, who would refer to the Nomads in such colourful words as ‘Schemers’, ‘Elder’, ‘Wrathful’’? In the worst timeline, this might have been an infected, who are known to refer to their ‘Greater Minds’ in such cult-like vocabulary.
I personally refuse to believe any Order operative of sound mental faculties would be so callous as to hunt down a human being based on words and falsifications of an alien agent. Nomads and by extension the few humans who had betrayed their own species never had humanity’s best interests at heart, and that would extend to giving advice as to who deserves to die. It would be instead paramount to protect individuals that Nomads would seek to extinguish and check their significance to foiling these xenocidal monsters' plans. This is how we rationalise our attempt to sway Abrams to our side, to reduce the influence of our sworn enemy Auxesia on this individual. Considering Caliban considers their ilk to be hostile now - just like Section 8 due to and I quote “revenge”, we might have been at least partially successful in putting him at odds with Revenant.
However, the so-called Caliban or person known to you as Abrams: Wedjat investigates any and all angles and possibilities. Your failure in killing him is another matter not currently relevant to this discussion. What happened cannot be revoked any longer and we have to move forward. What matters right now is that he is alive and has accused Section 8 of collaborating with a known Nomad entity: notably the Gallic Battlecruiser Vatan. Caliban, who I can only trust within the field of fire of my own sidearm due to his fickle loyalties as his nature of a mercenary, fact right now is he recently helped some of my pilots in destroying vessels belonging to other known Nomad sympathisers. If it was written testimony against written testimony, I would be more inclined to believe you and disregard this as a thinly veiled attempt to disrupt Order’s unity. After all, Caliban’s right now is nothing more than a vigilante with a vendetta against his would-be murderers. However, when my Wedjat operatives receive only a heavily redacted report for purposes of investigating the case, they get suspicious that you are in fact hiding things from Overwatch, demanding co-operation and intelligence while offering nothing tangible in return.
I am once again asking you to provide untampered, uncensored materials concerning reasons behind assassinating of Abrams/Caliban. The sooner I can feed this to our analysing team under Inquisitor Machiavelli to process, the sooner I can close this case and we can focus our attention on what actually matters: killing more of those alien abominations. Trust is a two way street. If we cannot acquire the original copy, how can we be sure that you are not using our own, Order-wide available intelligence for settling scores and other potential nefarious purposes? I hope to be proven wrong, however not even Order agents are free from scrutiny when the stakes are the survival of mankind.
I hope the most pessimistic outcome is not real, and instead this is a well informed - albeit very eccentric - informant that is in no way or shape a tool or pawn for the Nomads. It's not just a matter of S8 or Overwatch: the entire Order could benefit from having access to this person with such detailed insider knowledge on the Nomad menace and further help us in turning the tide against them. I am sure that even Mr. Machiavelli himself would be relieved and make up for the harsh words used. In any other scenario, at least you two would not have to interact any longer as we learn our trust in you had not been misplaced after all.

Security Breach
Grand Admiral,
Regrettably, latest Overwatch activity has further eroded Section 8's trust in your organization. Overwatch has invited house military and intelligence into the very heart of the Order's space. You revealed not one, but two ingress points into the Omicron Mu system to both the Liberty Navy and the Liberty Security Force. You showed them the safe path through one of the Order's most important lines of defense. You brought them within scanner range of our home planet, Akabat. For details, see the attached report.
Section 8 is not certain whether this gross violation of the Order's security was due to a catastrophic lapse in Overwatch's judgement or due to Overwatch itself having been compromised. However, security protocols dictate that no further classified information is to be shared with Overwatch until this latest - and do please pardon my language - cock up is satisfactorily resolved.
Through your actions you have willfully compromised the Order's security, opened us up to Libertonian incursions, and endangered the entire Order and thus, by extension, all of mankind.

Odysseus

Entry Date: 17 June 830
Location: Cairo Station, Omicron Zeta
Priority Report: Overwatch/Liberty Breach of Home Space
Command,
Yesterday at 1950 hours SMT, the Unto Nightfall reported sightings of a Liberty Navy convoy, accompanied by at least one Liberty Security Force ship, in Omicron Nu and Omicron Minor. As I was the nearest pilot, I launched from Cairo Station to investigate. I spotted the convoy, made up of two Bison-class heavy transports, three gunboats, and several snubcraft in Omicron Zeta, preparing to pass through the Omicron Mu jump hole. Several Overwatch ships were with them, and I was preparing to assist them in repelling this obvious breach of our home space, when, well, the lead Overwatch operative, Solantheus, invited them to make the jump. I was shocked but kept my mouth shut, instead following them to figure out what was going on.
It only gets more bizarre from here. The Overwatch vessels guided the Libertonian convoy - again, including an LSF ship - through the Omicron Zeta minefield and out of the Orillion Ice Field, all the way to our very own home world, Akabat. At no point did the Overwatch ships bother patching me into tactical comms (no wonder after what I heard about Odysseus' latest achievements) to tell me what the hell they were up to. I opened a secure channel to secondary agent Nobume Maki instead, who shared my apprehension about having Libertonians waltzing around our home. Together, we ensured that none of our "visitors" strayed from their formation.
Now, when the convoy reached Akabat orbit and Overwatch prepared to transfer unspecified cargo to the two transports, I was expecting some kind of highly confidential technological exchange to warrant the presence of a small Navy fleet and - I can't stress this enough - a Liberty Security Force ship. But the cargo turned out to be ... two ship loads of palladium. I was at a loss.
While the palladium was being transferred, Agent Maki and I kept an eye on the Libertonians. Unsurprisingly, the LSF vessel, gunboat Fort Custer, broke from the formation and attempted to sneak away, but we put a quick stop to that before it get more than a few clicks from the convoy.
Once the transports were ready to go, the convoy turned around and this time the Overwatch vessels showed them the way to the Omicron Minor jump hole. The return journey through Minor and Nu was relatively uneventful, save for the appearance of a lone Nomad warform near Taba Starbase and a Kusari Office of Intelligence scout getting lost in the Wall of Seth. Once approaching the supergate to the Virginia system, the Overwatch vessels and the Libertonian convoy parted ways. Maki and I lingered until all Navy and LSF vessels had made the jump out of Omicron Nu before returning to Cairo Station ourselves.
I'm not sure what to make of all this, so I hope Command can figure out the meaning of it all. From what I can tell, Overwatch just gave the Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force a guided tour of the Order's home space, all for a gift of palladium. I don't even want to imagine the damage to the Order's internal and operational security this stunt of theirs caused. I'll be keeping my eyes and ears open for any news or explanations for this gross misconduct.
Communication logs and video recordings are attached. That is all.

[16.06.2023 20:29:18] Nobume.Maki: Into the jump hole.
[16.06.2023 20:29:21] 46th|LNS-Defiance: RO: All transports, proceed.
[16.06.2023 20:29:47] "Vagabond"|S8: KOI vessel sighted here.
[16.06.2023 20:29:57] Hannya: Fascinating.
[16.06.2023 20:30:00] Order|Solantheus: KOI? Here?
[16.06.2023 20:30:07] Order|Solantheus: Now that's peculiar
[16.06.2023 20:30:10] Caliban: Seems so.
[16.06.2023 20:30:21] Hannya: Don't follow a Corsair, note to self, huh.
[16.06.2023 20:30:33] Hannya: Ain't a place I'm willing to stay.
[16.06.2023 20:31:26] Hannya: *sigh* Now where was it..
[16.06.2023 20:31:37] "Vagabond"|S8: Need a guide?
[16.06.2023 20:31:51] Order|Solantheus: KOI vessel, I suggest you take Vagabond up on their offer
[16.06.2023 20:31:59] Order|Solantheus: This is dangerous space and we're preoccupied ourselves at the moment
[16.06.2023 20:31:59] Order|SP>Agent.A: This is becoming quite the mess
[16.06.2023 20:32:25] Order|Hi-3: Ja, you would be best to follow the Section 8 agent, before you get attacked by nomads.
[16.06.2023 20:32:31] Hannya: I'm rather certain I know where I am going, although the brief glimpse I caught on Liberty vessels..
[16.06.2023 20:32:32] Hannya: Oh well.
[16.06.2023 20:32:42] Hannya: I doubt the route back will be going as smoothly.
[16.06.2023 20:33:58] Hannya: Ah, my guide again.
[16.06.2023 20:34:26] 46th|Delta-5: Forming up on Courage, over.
[16.06.2023 20:35:15] =LSF=Fort.Custer: B: It seems the Corsair vessel has stopped pursuing, over.
[16.06.2023 20:35:26] 46th|LNS-Defiance: RO: Affirmative. Proceed to the Super Gate.
[16.06.2023 20:35:40] Order|Solantheus: Convoy, do you have things from here?
[16.06.2023 20:35:55] Order|Hurwitz: The Convoy is out of my reach Solantheus.
[16.06.2023 20:35:57] =LSF=Fort.Custer: B: Initial scans confirm the cloaked vessel as a destroyer-class.
[16.06.2023 20:36:02] 46th|LNS-Defiance: RO: Keep in mind the Nomad threat.

[16.06.2023 20:37:20] 46th|LNS-Defiance: RO: Your assistance is appreciated, Overwatch. We'll handle it from here.
[16.06.2023 20:37:30] Order|Solantheus: Affirmative, good luck
[16.06.2023 20:37:33] =LSF=Fort.Custer: B: Order vessels. Do not proceed further beyond this gate.
[16.06.2023 20:37:34] Order|Solantheus: Overwatch, break off
[16.06.2023 20:37:45] 46th|Aurelius.Howard: Covering the rear.
[16.06.2023 20:37:46] "Vagabond"|S8: That's our call too, Maki.
[16.06.2023 20:37:52] Nobume.Maki: Copy.
[16.06.2023 20:37:52] 46th|MM-LNT-Courage: RO: Thanks again for the escort.
[16.06.2023 20:38:05] Order|Solantheus: Sweep for any remaining Nomads
[16.06.2023 20:38:15] 46th|Aurelius.Howard: Alright, let's get out of here, boys.
[16.06.2023 20:38:20] 46th|Delta-5: All clear, proceed Howard.
[16.06.2023 20:39:07] Nobume.Maki: Let's get out of here.
[16.06.2023 20:39:11] "Vagabond"|S8: Damn right.
[16.06.2023 20:39:31] "Vagabond"|S8: Now just what the hell is Overwatch doing, inviting the Navy and LSF of all people into our home?
[16.06.2023 20:39:51] Nobume.Maki: The LSF out of everyone as well. I can't even fathom the reasoning behind this.
[16.06.2023 20:39:57] Nobume.Maki: This will bite us back. Hard.

[16.06.2023 20:40:07] "Vagabond"|S8: Absolutely. You saw how the Custer tried to sneak away.
[16.06.2023 20:40:29] "Vagabond"|S8: And all this for two shiploads of palladium?
[16.06.2023 20:40:47] Nobume.Maki: The Liberty convoy had more escorts than our forces combined.
[16.06.2023 20:41:09] Nobume.Maki: The ***** were they thinking?
[16.06.2023 20:41:27] "Vagabond"|S8: Something's going on here. Either Overwatch is getting played or they're running some con.
[16.06.2023 20:41:33] "Vagabond"|S8: I'm tending towards the former.
[16.06.2023 20:41:59] Nobume.Maki: Don't know. And I'd like to think the Overwatch aren't as dumb as was displayed here.
[16.06.2023 20:42:13] Hannya: Saw something pass by Toledo earlier.
[16.06.2023 20:42:35] "Vagabond"|S8: I'm heading back to Cairo. You?
[16.06.2023 20:42:55] Nobume.Maki: My destination as well.
[16.06.2023 20:43:10] "Vagabond"|S8: I hope you're right about Overwatch. But I don't trust them.
[16.06.2023 20:43:26] "Vagabond"|S8: Then again, they don't trust my outfit, either.
[16.06.2023 20:44:45] Nobume.Maki: Can't really say they've gained the reputation of being trustoworthy after some of their choices.
[16.06.2023 20:44:54] "Vagabond"|S8: Tell me about it.
[16.06.2023 20:45:40] "Vagabond"|S8: Here's hoping this was all some deal to get Liberty off the Order's back.
[16.06.2023 20:45:54] Nobume.Maki: Well hope so. But everything's got a catch.
[16.06.2023 20:46:05] Nobume.Maki: If anything, all I can see is Liberty extending its reach into the Omicrons.
[16.06.2023 20:46:06] "Vagabond"|S8: If a few thousand tons of palladium buy us some peace of mind in house space, I'll play along.
[16.06.2023 20:46:15] Nobume.Maki: And we all know Liberty and it's expansive interests.
[16.06.2023 20:47:04] "Vagabond"|S8: Howdy, Hurwitz. Sure was an interesting little operation, wasn't it.
[16.06.2023 20:47:20] Nobume.Maki: Hey Overwatch.
[16.06.2023 20:47:22] Nobume.Maki: What's your play?
[16.06.2023 20:47:49] Order|Hurwitz: I'm recovering from the brain damage suffered from all the saboteurs.
[16.06.2023 20:48:09] "Vagabond"|S8: Uh-huh, sorry to hear that.
[16.06.2023 20:49:05] Nobume.Maki: Right.
[16.06.2023 20:49:10] "Vagabond"|S8: Tight-lipped.
[16.06.2023 20:49:14] Nobume.Maki: Glad we got all of these important answers.

[16.06.2023 20:50:22] "Vagabond"|S8: They really should inform other Order cells about this kind of stuff.

[16.06.2023 20:52:37] "Vagabond"|S8: Well, I'm sure we'll hear something about this eventually.
[16.06.2023 20:52:47] "Vagabond"|S8: Probably on the Core's news broadcast.
[16.06.2023 20:53:07] Nobume.Maki: Not really sure if that's a joke or a fact.
[16.06.2023 20:53:17] Nobume.Maki: As ironic as it is, I'm leaning to the latter.
[16.06.2023 20:53:21] "Vagabond"|S8: Guess it's a joke until it becomes fact.
[16.06.2023 20:53:39] "Vagabond"|S8: Strange that Overwatch didn't bother taking down that Core vessel.
[16.06.2023 20:53:47] Nobume.Maki: Well. Don't think they'll be able to keep it under the radar for long. And all I know is that the next time I see a Liberty -
[16.06.2023 20:54:00] Nobume.Maki: ship in Mu, it'll turn into a blazing fire.

[16.06.2023 20:55:44] "Vagabond"|S8: Something tells me Overwatch didn't put that much thought into it.
[16.06.2023 20:56:00] Nobume.Maki: Don't think they did. No.
[16.06.2023 20:56:11] "Vagabond"|S8: Or maybe they are just that desperate to garner some goodwill.
[16.06.2023 20:56:29] "Vagabond"|S8: We'll just have to wait and see.
[16.06.2023 20:56:33] Nobume.Maki: Desperation harbors most mistakes.

[16.06.2023 21:00:07] Nobume.Maki: Agreed. Just hope my next patrol doesn't involve some crazy Libertonian tourists who wanted to check Akabat out.
[16.06.2023 21:00:20] Nobume.Maki: Or some LSF recon patrol that though they're allowed here.
[16.06.2023 21:00:28] "Vagabond"|S8: Yeah. I much prefer Nomads. At least with them you know what to expect.
